Joe Jonas hasn't gone solo in over a decade. His last solo album, "Fastlife," dropped in 2011 and peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard 200. It remains his only solo LP apart from his work with the Jonas Brothers and his DNCE project--until now.

Last month, the 34-year-old Jonas Brothers and DNCE star, dropped his high-energy new single "Work It Out," giving fans a sneak peek into his forthcoming second solo album.

Weeks later, Joe Jonas spilled the tea and hinted that his upcoming solo album, "Music for People Who Believe in Love," will feature multiple duets.

A few weeks later, when speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Joe Jonas spilled the tea about his next solo album, "Music for People Who Believe in Love."

But Joe’s not going solo this time; he’s bringing a ton of guest artists along for the ride. "We packed it with features," Joe teased. "I was reaching out to a lot of different people because I felt like I wanted to have other narratives and other voices and a lot of duets."

"I felt like some of the songs lyrically needed somebody else’s voice," the 34-year-old added. "A lot of this album is speaking in third person or having a conversation with a fictional version of myself, or a fictional person in my life. Being able to have that voice kind of create that was really special."

This song is about getting out of your head and reconnecting with who you really are.”

In July, Joe unveiled the lead single, “Work It Out," from his upcoming album. Interestingly, the track was initially intended for the Jonas Brothers, but Joe snagged it for his solo project after getting the green light from Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas.

"I asked my brothers’ blessings," he added. "I want to go do something on my own, and I don’t feel like it’s DNCE, and I need to go just express some stuff for myself," he said on Jake Shane's Therapuss podcast. "And they’re like, ‘Go for it.’ Nick booked a movie. Kevin was going to do another season of Claim to Fame, and so I had a window of time, and I locked myself away."

When promoting the new solo album, Joe revealed, "This album is a celebration of gratitude, hope, and love. These songs reflect on my life from a bird’s-eye view acknowledging the many blessings around me."

"When we take a moment to breathe, pause, and reflect on the positives, my hope is that we can find acceptance and ultimately peace in the present moment," the "Camp Rock" actor added. "It’s okay to cry and mourn a loss – it’s part of the process to take care of ourselves and eventually enables us to be there for the people we care about."

He also said that the LP would speak to his "experiences of being a father, being a friend to oneself and others, and the happiness I've found in doing what I love for a living."

Joe Jonas' upcoming solo album, "Music for People Who Believe in Love," is set to be released on October 18.
