McKayla Maroney is offering 360 views in a chesty shirt while hiking up her leg in her kitchen. The 25-year-old vault queen, not having the easiest time right now as she heads into surgery next week, nonetheless kept the mood bright for her 1.3 million Instagram followers on Sunday, posting fun and sexy footage while passing the time – Wednesday will see the London 2012 Olympics face back in the hospital for kidney stones surgery after her late February E.R. visit. Scroll for the video. It comes as McKayla admits defeat with regards to her kidney stones diagnosis. After being rushed to the hospital in "severe pain" last month, the gymnast wound up with kidney stones that wouldn't budge, and she's not looking forward to the surgery.
All smiles despite the medical dramas, McKayla updated today all curves and tight hips while showcasing a clingy black pants look, also wearing a chesty green shirt with a feminine and train-like bow at the back.

Shimmying her killer body around for a real flaunt and with no apparent context, Maroney flicked her long hair around while striking pussycat poses, with the cheeky footage also seeing the California native seductively raise her left leg to show off dagger-spiked stiletto boots.
The video comes after a much more serious one, with McKayla telling fans: "Yes guys, I'm getting surgery to remove the kidney stones. They have not moved in three weeks and I thought I would be able to take care of it on my own, but...huh.."
Adding that she "didn't want to get surgery," McKayla realized that it's "time," although she isn't looking forward to the "toll" that surgery takes. Last month, the gymnast fronted media outlets for a late-night E.R. visit in Orange County, California, one that came with alarming symptoms.
"Tuesday I was throwing up all day, with severe pain in my back and stomach," she revealed, adding: "Had to come to the ER at 3am because pain kept getting worse, and I couldnt' stop throwing up. Just got by CT Scan back. I have a few kidney stones."

McKayla has her fans behind her. The Glohé wellness founder, who has been busy blogging on her lesser-known Instagram despite not feeling 100%, had her followers rushing to wish her all the best, with the beauty now supported both on her main Instagram and her health one.
McKayla has not stated exactly what procedure she will be undergoing. She did, however, post a closed-eye hospital gown shot during her E.R. visit, also enjoying a smoothie after the ordeal.
