Asian Doll has been one of the hip-hop artists hit the most emotionally by the death of Chicago rapper, King Von, in Atlanta last November. This occurred after Von was seen throwing the first punch at one of the members of Savannah, GA rapper, Quando Rondo's crew. From then, an alarming shootout occurred. Von was taken to a local hospital but sadly, couldn't make it. Doll has since been posting tributes of the rising rapper on social media frequently since then.

Doll Went On To Get A King Von Hand Tattoo And Diamond Chain

Doll originally planned to get a face tattoo of Von but her fans all agreed that that wasn't the smartest idea. Instead, she went on to get his face inked on her hand, which was a very impressive design. The Dallas rapper also recently got a diamond chain customized of Von. Here, Durk is sporting a chain, along with a Burberry shirt and hat. Doll wears this piece frequently at her concerts as well.

Doll Plans To Get Face And Neck Tattoos Of Von

Doll took to her Twitter feed to reveal that she had four Von tattoos and is making it five now. She also reflected on how Von wanted her to get his name tattoed on her. Doll also added that these new tattoos will be going on her face and neck. This would be a total of six tattoos in tribute to Von. Fans have since revealed their skepticism about these moves by her as well.

Von Was On His Way Up As A Rapper

A week before Von's murder, he released his debut studio album, "Welcome To O'Block." It was led by singles such as "The Code" feat. Polo G and "I Am What I Am" feat. Fivio Foreign. Welcome To O'Block went on to debut at No. 13 on the Billboard 200 chart and then peaked at No. 5. The release of this project came after Von put out his successful "Levon James" mixtape that past spring. He had a lot of momentum on his hands as an artist but came to such a tragic ending in his life. 

Doll Has Since Been Performing At Sold Out Concerts

Doll has been a very popular rapper in the south lately as well as she's been performing at packed out nightclubs filled with fans who are ready to see her. She also has a lot of momentum with her December single, "Nunnadet S*it." Doll's last project was back in 2020 with her "Doll SZN Reloaded" mixtape as hopefully, she delivers an album sometime in 2021 as well. She's released nine total mixtapes since 2015.
