Christina Haack Sarcastically Slams Estranged Husband's 'Hope' Message As Divorce Intensifies

When Christina Hall (née Haack) declared her willingness to play Josh Hall's "victim" game, she wasn't joking.

The "Christina on the Coast" star has been firing shot after shot at her estranged husband following claims that he was "blindsided" by their split. Now, she is turning his message of "hope" against him.

Christina Haack and Josh Hall's divorce is all but amicable, with the reality TV star's latest criticism suggesting her estranged beau was after her wealth.

The recent drama between Christina and Josh went down on their Instagram Stories after the latter updated his account with a picture of a massive sculpture. The colorful piece spelled the word "hope" in all caps and had parts of it covered in graffiti.

When Josh shared the image, he dropped a blue heart and prayer hands emoji; however, Christina reposted it on her page with a message for her estranged husband. She sarcastically penned:

"'I 'HOPE' she pays me millions more than what she's already offered me.'"

Christina's words seemingly implied that Josh was greedy for more money despite allegedly receiving a considerable sum from her. It is unclear if her message is linked to Josh's spousal support demands.

This isn't the first time Christina has implied Josh is chasing after her wealth. The Blast reported she slammed him in a heated post on her Instagram Story. She hinted that he was mooching off of her while smearing her name in the media.

"Over here waiting for the typical Hired PR rep speech of 'how I was blind-sided and how I'm working on myself and taking time to heal at her ranch'... Meanwhile, I'm over here not as nice and quiet as I used to be," Christina penned.

In a separate post, she reflected on her career and how she worked to achieve the successes she had today. Christina stressed that she built this life for herself and her children, warning greedy hands to stay clear.

"Anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/what they did NOT work for should be ashamed," Christina declared, calling Josh out for being egotistical.

The shots at Josh didn't end there, with Christina claiming, "An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you- but 'still i rise…' For those that aren't aware…divorces do not happen overnight…& there is always a breaking point. This one is personal."

She doubled down on Josh's narrative about their separation being false, with The Blast reporting she shared a part of the news article on Instagram. The claims read:

"Our sources say she stopped speaking to him after a disagreement and would only speak to him through an attorney."

Christina refuted these claims, stressing, "Huh…. I didn't block him- and I didn't see any missed calls or texts the next day. Which happened to be my birthday."

According to Christina, not only did she not receive any messages from Josh, but he also made no effort to celebrate her birthday. She laughed off his victim stance, declaring:

"Hmm ... something's not adding up here. But I'm down to keep playing 'Christina Vs. The Victim' as I love this game."

As stated, Christina's social media retorts came after sources close to Josh alleged her divorce filing blindsided him. They claimed he was shocked by the sudden end of their relationship, which seemed stable.

Insiders noted Josh was forced to enlist a legal representative because Christina refused to talk to him directly and only used her lawyer. This situation allegedly left Josh feeling confused and heartbroken.

Josh moved to end his almost three-year marriage to Christina on July 16. He filed the divorce papers at an Orange County court, seeking spousal support and terminating his estranged wife's rights to alimony.

Without a prenuptial agreement, the couple might face the challenge of dividing their assets, as Josh requested a share of any HGTV or Discovery Network projects completed during their marriage.

Given Christina Haack's hints at Josh Hall's greed for her wealth, the estranged pair may face a tumultuous ride before finalizing their divorce.
