Trace Cyrus is staying positive after returning to social media and explaining to fans that things have not been so great lately.

"Ever feel like nothing in life is going right? No matter how hard you try things just don’t work out the way you hoped?" Miley's bro wrote to fans.

He added, "That’s what I was feeling lately. I’ve had to dig deep to get myself out of this dark place I’ve been in. I had to take a step back & realize how much I have to be thankful for. I’m focusing hard on ignoring any expectations I have in life & focusing on appreciating all I’ve been blessed with."
