Ozzy Osbourne Is Sorry To Have 'Offended' Britney Spears Over Her Dancing Videos

Musician Ozzy Osbourne is apologizing to Britney Spears after he made comments about the dancing videos that she posts on Instagram.

The Black Sabbath rocker said that he was "fed up" with seeing the pop star posting dancing videos on social media, which led to a quick response from the Princess of Pop.

Ozzy Osbourne and his famous family were discussing dancing videos on their podcast when he mentioned "poor old Britney Spears" and expressed how he was "fed up" with seeing her dancing videos on social media. His family agreed that it was "heartbreaking" and "sad."

The comments led the "Toxic" singer to slam the "boring" family and told them to "kindly f-ck off." Even though she has temporarily taken down her Instagram account, it seems that the Osbourne family has gotten the message and decided to apologize for their past comments.

Ozzy Osbourne decided to give Britney Spears an apology during the July 29 episode of The Osbournes podcast. However, some doubted the apology was sincere judging by his follow-up comments.

"I’m so sorry for making that comment," Ozzy said. "However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same f---ing dance every day. Change a few movements."

His daughter, Kelly, was quick to encourage the pop star to continue to post her dancing videos. "Alright. I was gonna say, Britney, never stop dancing. I love your dancing," Kelly said. "It makes you so happy and I’m sorry if we offended you."

Britney had previously told her followers that her dancing videos helped her work through her past trauma. Ozzy made it clear that he was still a fan of the "Circus" singer, saying, "I like Britney a lot" and "I love Britney Spears."

However, he did go on to express his frustration with her repetitive dance moves, insisting, "But it's the same dance every day."

"No, sometimes she has knives," Kelly joked, referring to the pop star's viral 2023 videos.

At the end of the conversation, Ozzy said, "I really do apologize," adding, "I love you and I think you're beautiful."

Last week, the "Crossroads" actress took to Instagram to slam Ozzy Osbourne and his family while also showing support for actress Kate Beckinsale, who has also been the subject of criticism on Instagram.

"Have you guys ever seen the movie Serendipity with Kate Beckinsale ??? Well, let me tell you, if you haven't you definitely should !!!" Britney began. "I adore Kate Beckinsale especially because she's from London !!! I realized how incredibly cruel people were talking about her IG saying she needs more age-appropriate content."

Britney continued to talk about Kate in her lengthy message, writing, "She's in her fifties and I thought it was pretty badass how she responded with a mini bow in her hair looking literally 4 years old !! Not as bad as some of my comments saying it's sad that I'm as old as I am and I'm dancing every single day on my IG !!"

"Number 1) I hardly ever dance .. and number 2) I'm not poor at all !!! I have more ligature in my left toe than any grown man or woman on earth !! If you don't believe me ... how long do you think 1 should keep this going for ???" she asked. "In my transparent opinion, wealth and health it isn't relied [sic] solely on cash in your bank account which I have lots of that too it relies on my quest in my own f-cking interest in how I demonstrate and serve back these wise ass assholes just as Kate did !!"

For the past few months, the "Criminal" singer has told her followers that she has started to teach dance classes after publishing her tell-all memoir "The Woman In Me" in October 2023.

"I taught dance class last week to a couple of teenagers ... a lot of the kids were too thin and some were too big," Britney explained. "I know what it's like to be judged so it's a ridiculous and stupid subject initially but I think it's important to HELP EACH OTHER and invite each other to places that help our souls grow !!!"

Britney went on to write, "It's good to see others doing painting class ... dance class ... what have you seen lately ??? What are you gonna do to help someone out and bring their dreams to life besides being like me and Kate's haters saying we're too old or don't have appropriate content ???"

"Do you think perhaps they might be offended by what they see ???" Britney asked. "Would a condescending approach be better like inviting those exact people to my class and let them see how my students are nourishing and living THEIR LIVES !!!??? It's good for the soul yet frankly it's not condescending AT ALL it's BEING a smart ass and d-mn those are usually pretty attractive !!!"

"On the flip side, there are actually people that do help others out and mean well that don't embarrass or demoralize another [sic] !!!" Britney continued. "I personally believe that being vulnerable enough to ask someone for inspiration or help is incredibly beautiful ... but ironically in the world we live in with how incredibly cruel people can be you have to be extremely careful who you allow in your circle and your heart !!!"

Britney wrapped up her lengthy comment with a direct message to the Osbourne family. "I'm gonna do a photo shoot with Kate and tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly f-ck off !!!" she wrote.

The Princess of Pop quickly followed up her statement with yet another dancing video, while Kate Beckinsale thanked Britney for her support.
