Billy Ray Cyrus is the subject of another wild accusation as he allegedly "donkey kicked" a crew member during his time on "Dancing With The Stars" in 2007.

This claim comes amid recent allegations from his ex-wife, Firerose, of verbal and emotional abuse. The country singer filed for divorce from his wife, citing irreconcilable differences and fraud.

In a recent episode of her podcast, "Sex, Lies, and Spray Tans," former "DWTS" pro dancer Cheryl Burke accused Billy Ray of "donkey kicking" a crew member during rehearsals for the show.

Recounting the startling incident from 2007, Burke revealed she witnessed the 62-year-old singer "physically hurt" the stage manager without warning after being asked to "get on his mark" during a dress rehearsal.

"I love Billy Ray. He was always so nice to me. But I have to tell you the story," Burke explained to her guest Jill Escoto in the episode. "We have dress rehearsal right before we go live, about two hours before the show, and we do this as if it's the real thing, except it's like an R-rated version because [host] Tom Bergeron would always just talk sh-t, and it was so funny."

Elaborating on the incident, Burke stated that while the atmosphere was light-hearted, the cast and crew "took their dancing very seriously" during dress rehearsals. "We still had to get on our marks," she explained.

Burke recalled that when a stage manager asked Billy Ray to "get on his mark" so the director could properly light him, the "Achy Breaky Heart" crooner ignored the inquiry despite repeated requests and got physical with the stage manager.

"[The stage manager had] been asking like three, four times by then, and Billy Ray kicked him out of nowhere. Straight up donkey kicked him," Burke said.

Burke slammed Billy Ray on her podcast for his actions, emphasizing that the stage manager he allegedly kicked was always kind to the country star.

"Don't kick him, let alone don't kick anyone," the dancer said. "It turned into a hot mess. His time was up after that. It was not OK. It came out of nowhere."

When her podcast guest questioned if it might have been accidental, Burke firmly dismissed the notion, stating that it was evident to everyone present that it wasn't.

"No, it was very much intentional," she said, per Daily Mail. However, the dancer suggested that Billy Ray might have been tense due to criticism from the judges.

"Maybe he was nervous, but you can't physically hurt somebody," Burke stated. "You need to do your job. We're not doing this for free either, by the way."

Burke's allegation comes amid scrutiny on Billy Ray following claims by his ex-wife, Firerose, that she suffered "extreme verbal, emotional, and psychological abuse" during their 7-month marriage.

Billy Ray filed for divorce from Firerose in late May, citing irreconcilable differences and "inappropriate marital conduct" as reasons for their separation.

According to E! News, the country music star also requested an annulment, alleging the marriage was entered into under fraudulent circumstances.

Court documents indicate that he believed Firerose had deceived him, stating, "He gave consent to marriage based on fraud by the wife, that had he known he would not have entered into the bonds of matrimony."

In the leaked audio, Billy Ray could be heard verbally abusing and mocking Firerose for almost two minutes.

It was seemingly triggered by the "Old Town Road" singer being late to a scheduled stage performance.

He said, "If you had just left it the f--k alone, now I'm really f--king p--sed, once again showing you will not listen. I don't know who the f--k you think you are, but you will not listen…this ain't about nothing this is about you being a selfish f--king b--ch. I don't think you're real smart, I've changed my mind on that sh-t. What I think you are is a selfish f--king b--ch. That's what you are."

Firerose could then be heard begging Billy Ray to "please stop shouting," but the musician kept on the verbal assault, blaming her for the "f--king mess."

He added, "What a dumb a-s [you are] …'cos you have to know I will not tolerate that s--t. You just f--ked up…f--k you. You know better than that. F--king idiot."
