Tara Reid had fans worried for her health as photos showing her looking extremely slender in Miami circulated back in March 2015. The American Pie actress, then aged 39, put her super-slim figure on display in a plunging bikini as she enjoyed a beach day, but mentions of her low weight came long before users had the chance to react. When The Daily Mail covered Tara's outing, it called her "worryingly thin," also noting her "tiny thighs" and "bony rib cage." Concerns over Tara's weight have continued, with 2023 seeing her address her weight. The actress last year denied that she's suffering from an eating disorder.

Coordinating her boho prints on both her tiny top and briefs, the Big Money star displayed a notable thigh gap as her chest and rib bones were also visible, with these and her minuscule waist raising the alarm.

Smiling in the sunshine and rocking her blonde locks down, Tara added in a heart-shaped pendant necklace and funky green manicure, also looking tan as she showed off her attractive features. Talk in the comments was neither of her swimwear style nor her iconic all-American beauty, though. Fans seemed straight-up scared over Tara Reid's weight, something that was prevalent throughout the 650+ replies left to The Daily Mail's report.

"Poor girl. She looked so great in the American Pie days. I hope she gets help," one fan said, gaining over 3,000 likes. "OMG she needs help...... she is so skinny," another wrote.

Remarks were not shaming in nature as fans genuinely seemed to hope that Tara would get the "help," one user thought she needed. "Please......if you claim to eat and eat and eat and you still look as thin as you do, there is something wrong. Please get yourself checked out don't turn a blind eye to it thinking you "look OK". You do not look OK," another fan stated.

Back in 2021, Tara Reid had shut down speculation that she wasn't feeding herself correctly. "All I do is eat," the actress stated.

Fast-forward to 2023, and the Hollywood favorite was once again shutting down allegations of an eating disorder.

She told Page Six: "I have no anorexia and never have," adding that: "Anyone that says I’m anorexic or bulimic, they’re wrong." Here, she pleaded with both fans and the press to "leave me alone."
