Pretty sure it’s the American kind… yeah, “American Pie.”

Reid’s acting career hasn’t been as fruitful as Coolidge’s, but she’s hoping her ‘AP’ co-star will use her recent successes to get another sequel in the works.

Speaking on Australia’s “Studio 10” TV show, Reid praised and doted on Coolidge.

In the event you’ve never seen any of the original “American Pie” movies, Coolidge played the sultry and sexy mother to Steven Stifler, also known as “Stifler’s Mom.”

Tara Reid Praises "American Pie" Co-Star, Jennifer Coolidge!

It is because of this role that the “MILF” acronym was born.

If you don’t know what MILF stands for… you’re either too young or you need to look it up.

Reid played “Vicky Lathum,” the blonde bombshell who dated “Kevin Myers” portrayed by Thomas Ian Nicholas.

“First of all, I’m so proud and happy for Jennifer Coolidge, who’s probably one of the coolest women and people in the world. She’s truly a comedic genius without even trying. And she’s so sweet,” Reid said.

Also, if you’re part of the latter half Millennials or a Gen-Zer… then you may not know that Coolidge has been a vital part of comedy and Hollywood since the early 90s.

She’s been an integral part of Christopher Guests’ “mockumentary” films.

However, Coolidge credits Ariana Grande for reviving her career. She reprised her “Legally Blonde” role as Paulette Bonafonté.

We’ll get to that in just a second, but back to a potential “American Pie” sequel.

If you’re a fan of the movies, then you know there were four installments with the OG cast which included Reid and Coolidge. There were several spin-offs of the series.

“She loved ‘American Pie.’ We all did,” Reid admitted.

Jennifer Coolidge Is Open To Doing A 6th or 7th "American Pie" Film

While accepting her Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series Golden Globe Award earlier this year, Coolidge joked about her countless appearances in the series.

“You know like five different sequels of ‘American Pie.’ I milked that to the bone. I mean, I’m still going for six or seven, whatever they want,” Coolidge joked.

This comment set Reid’s heart on fire!

“When she said that, we were all like, ‘Yay! You’re a powerful woman right now. Push it forward.’ So, let’s see what we can do with that one,” Reid said.

Playing the role of “Stifler’s Mom” not only helped her professional life, it also helped her sex life.

During a 2022 interview with Variety, Coolidge admitted that playing that particular role led to her doing the horizontal mambo with more than 200 men.

“I got a lot of play at being a MILF and I got a lot of sexual action from ‘American Pie,’” she said at the time. “There were so many benefits to doing that movie. I mean, there would be like 200 people that I would never have slept with.”

As previously mentioned, her friendship with Grande helped revive her relevance, popularity and shot her to viral stardom.

Grande interviewed Coolidge for the latter’s selection as part of EW’s 2022 “Entertainers of the Year” cover story.

“I’m curious if you know that when people ask about how my life has changed… Yes, I got to do ‘White Lotus,’ but I think it really started with you asking me to be in the ‘Thank U, Next’ video.’”she told the Grammy-winning artist. I really believe that. I think if you hadn’t put me in ‘Thank U, Next,’ and done that imitation, I don’t think I would be here where I am… I was kind of flatlining, and you got things going for me. I just want to thank you. I know you’re a very humble person, you wouldn’t admit to it, but I’m just going to thank you.”
