The incident reportedly occurred backstage at his concert in Fort Worth, Texas, where Brown was performing as part of his "11:11" tour.

Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell claim they were invited backstage after the show. However, their enjoyment quickly turned into a nightmare.

According to the lawsuit, filed in Harris County, Texas, the four men allege that tensions flared after Brown's entourage reminded the singer of a previous altercation between him and one of the plaintiffs, Bush.

"Oh yeah, we were. What's up, n-gga? I don't forget sh-t," Brown allegedly remarked. The situation escalated rapidly, with the 35-year-old and his associates allegedly throwing chairs and launching a physical attack on the four fans.

Alongside Brown, the concertgoers are accusing Live Nation, the concert promoter, of negligence for failing to ensure the safety of attendees at Brown's event.

The lawsuit seeks to hold both the singer, his associates, and Live Nation accountable for the violent incident.

In addition to seeking a temporary restraining order against Brown, the plaintiffs are seeking $50 million in monetary damages from the star, his tour promoter, Live Nation, and associates Sinko Ceej, Hood Boss, and Yella Beezy.

The four plaintiffs claim in their lawsuit that they are currently receiving medical treatment and will need additional care in the future due to the injuries sustained. Parker also claims he was punched and kicked for a harrowing ten minutes on a staircase.

The father-of-three's recent legal woe comes on the heels of a $16 million assault claim from a previous incident at a London nightclub.

In March, court documents obtained by The Blast revealed that the London accuser, Amadou Abe Diaw, was seeking $16 million in damages.

The increase in the amount came after Diaw claimed Brown failed to respond to the lawsuit within the specified time, leading Diaw to file an entry of default.

As a result, Diaw requested $1 million in special damages and $15 million in general damages, totaling $16 million. Diaw's accusations include Brown smashing a bottle of Don Julio 1942 Tequila over his head and then ruthlessly stomping on him.

Before the escalation in the lawsuit amount, court documents obtained by The Blast in October 2023 revealed the initial filing against Brown.

The accuser claimed he suffered head lacerations and torn leg ligaments, leading to hospitalization after the alleged altercation.

However, following the release of these details, Brown reportedly left the country, prompting the lawsuit to label him as a "fugitive at large" in the United Kingdom.

The incident allegedly occurred in the early hours of February 19, 2023, during Brown's "Under the Influence" tour. Although the initial filing did not specify a damage amount, it referenced hospitalization and medical costs.

Before the latest lawsuit, the star's tour hit a snag during his performance at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, adding to his already challenging year.

The Blast shared that the mishap occurred while he was performing his hit "Under the Influence," as he was suspended several feet above the stage on a harness that malfunctioned.

A viral TikTok video showed that Brown continued singing despite the setback while attempting to alert the crew. However, the staff appeared initially unaware of his predicament.

A second video then captured the moment the staff finally realized the problem, as three men rushed to the stage with a ladder. Throughout the rescue, Brown maintained his performance, but his mood visibly soured once he was safely back on the stage.

He turned away from the audience and appeared to scold one of the crew members who had helped him, though the exact exchange was not clear.

As Chris Brown navigates this tumultuous period, only time will tell if he can overcome these pressures and turn his troubled year around.
