Thursday was a very interesting day for Tekashi 6ix9ine and his antics on social media. He commented under a post where it was announced that China reportedly requires visitors to take COVID-19anal swab tests to enter the country.
The Brooklyn rapper randomly commented "Lil Nas X entered the chat." People were very surprised to see 6ix9ine make that random comment but after that was posted, Nas X took to his social media feeds to deliver a very clever clap back against 6ix9ine.
Nas X Shows 6ix9ine Telling Him How He'll Be In His City Soon
Nas X posted a TikTok video which displayed 6ix9ine DMing him on Instagram recently. 6ix9ine said "Gonna be in ya city soon what you doing lol? In the caption for Nas X's post, he hit 6ix9ine with the classic "This you?" question.
This all went down in mid-February and before this, 6ix9ine supposedly messaged Nas X back in October saying "Yo." IG users then started to wonder what 6ix9ine's response would be and he quickly delivered one on his account.
6ix9ine Says He Never DMed Nas X
6ix9ineposted a video of himself on his Instagram feed where he goes to his DMs and shows how there is no conversation between himself and Nas X. It was odd but many believe that 6ix9ine decided to unsend the messages on Instagram so that it looks like he never tried to get in contact with Nas X. 6ix9ine said to "stop playing with him" but all signs point to him having messaged the "Old Town Road" artist on the app.
Nas X Continues To Break Records For 'Old Town Road' Single
Nas X continues to rack up huge streaming numbers and it dates all the way back to spring 2019. He put out his breakout hit single, "Old Town Road," which went on to receive a remix with country legend, Billy Ray Cyrus. The record skyrocketed to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and recently, became the most streamed song in US history. Old Town Road is also currently 14x platinum in the US. It also won two GRAMMYs for Best Music Video and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
6ix9ine Has Been Trolling Heavily On Social Media
6ix9ine has been back to his usual antics on social media over the last two weeks. First, he was seen in Atlanta in a confrontation with Meek Mill. He also put two men on blast on social media for allegedly recording him. In 6ix9ine's new "ZAZA" single, he dissed both Lil Durk and the late King Von. Meek Mill was also trolled in the video. This week, he even posted a video of himself dead in the street to continue to disrespect Von.
