Any woman interested in the "Longlegs" actor's son can finally hit him up following the conclusion of his divorce. A judge signed off on Weston and Hila's separation terms, including their existing custody and visitation agreement.

Per their settlement, Hila has sole legal and physical custody of their twin daughters, Cyress and Venice. She oversees all decision-making involving the children, from their education, well-being, and residence.

Meanwhile, Weston has no visitation rights pending a further court order. He had better luck regarding Hila's spousal support and was ordered to pay her $991 until July 31st. After that, she had no right to additional alimony.

News of Weston and Hila's custody arrangement made waves in June, with The Blast obtaining court documents depicting their settlement terms. The former couple acknowledged the judge's decision about their twin daughters being safer with their mother.

It was unclear how Hila convinced the Court that her children were safer in her sole custody; however, she must have made valid points, as Weston did not receive visitation rights.

Apart from having complete control of their daughters' well-being, Hila could also apply for passports in their names without needing Weston's approval. However, she could not take the kids outside of the U.S. for more than two months.

The order must have been a painful outcome for Nicolas and his ex-partner, Christina Fulton. According to the former couple, Hila has stopped them from meeting their granddaughters in the past, and with the new agreement, she had every right to.

Two months before the finalization of his son's divorce, The Blast reported that Nicolas had been dragged into the tumultuous affair. Hila served him with a deposition subpoena demanding his financial records.

In a letter to Nicolas's attorney, Brian G. Wolf, Hila's legal team claimed they needed information about alleged transfers between Weston and his father. Their claims read:

"The Petitioner, Ms. Cage-Coppola, has personal knowledge of your client's father's funding of this litigation from the outset to the extent of hundreds of thousands of dollars."

"Moreover, your client's father clearly pays the mass majority of your client's bills and living expenses (if not ALL of them)," Hila's team added, noting that Nicolas' financial records were crucial to the case.

Wolf, on behalf ofNicolas, rejected Hila's deposition subpoena. The attorney stressed that as a third party, his client should not be involved in his son's divorce case.

"Responding Party objects to the Subpoena to the extent it seeks to impose duties and obligations that the California Code of Civil Procedure requires only of parties to the action," Wolf argued.

Nicolas' rep noted the deposition subpoena was "grossly overbroad" as it sought to produce private bank records.

Wolf claimed these documents were "neither relevant to the subject matter of the action nor reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence."

Nicolas's attorney further bashed Hila's deposition subpoena as "unduly burdensome, harassing, oppressive, vague, and irrelevant." He also stressed that his client could not attend an informal discovery conference.

According to Wolf, Hila's team did not respond to Nicolas' objections to the deposition subpoena but went behind their backs to request an informal discovery conference with the court.

With the divorce finalization, Nicolas Cage does not have to worry about his financial records being exposed. However, only time will tell if he will ever meet his twin granddaughters.
