Angus Cloud was reportedly not big on amassing properties; it's a different story on the cash front.

The late "Euphoria" actor's mother has declared all of her son's financial information to ensure accountability and transparency.

Angus Cloud unexpectedly passed away at age 25 in 2023 at his family home in Oakland, California.

Lisa Cloud, who was appointed as administrator of Cloud's estate, released a list of all his assets, cash, and investments to the court.

The late actor reportedly left behind $14,864.86 in a City National Bank account, $9,450.10 in a Chase Bank savings account, and $77,923.98 in an investment account, bringing the total to $102,238.94.

He also owned 100% interest in his company, Action Packed! Inc. per In Touch. Lisa listed the value of his residuals "that are or may come due personally" for his acting and endorsement deals as zero.

His mom noted that Cloud's estate was worth a total of $892,238.94, as court documents showed an American Express claim demanding $33,362.77 from it.

The actor's mom has stayed active since his sudden death to ensure all her son's assets and deals are not mismanaged. Cloud died from a lethal combination of cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.

A few months after his death, Lisa requested legal permission to take over the actor's estate, stating that she needed to sort out sensitive matters relating to pending deals Cloud signed before his death.

She declared that the "Godspeed" actor completed a movie role shortly before his demise, but the paperwork was still incomplete, and she would want to finalize the agreements to allow the film to progress to the next stage.

In light of Lisa's involvement in her late son's affairs, Cloud's former manager, Diomi Cordero, demanded $94,000 in unpaid commissions from his estate.

Lisa clarified that Cloud was setting things in motion for the future before death, and despite social media suggesting that his death was intentional, Lisa revealed that they shared a hug before he went to bed and promised to see each other in the morning.

"I only know that he put his head on the desk where he was working on art projects, fell asleep, and didn't wake up. We may find out that he overdosed accidentally and tragically, but it's abundantly clear that he did not intend to check out of this world." concluded the star's mom.

Chase Bank Claimed Cloud Owed A Large Sum Before Death

Cloud's manager was not the only one wanting his share of the actor's estate. JP Morgan Chase Bank also demanded $9,056.11 as debt settlement from the actor's estate.

The lawsuit was served to Lisa on November 27, 2023, and indicated that the "Decedent purchased goods and/or service" totaling the said amount. The Blast gathered that the debts might also possibly be from credit card transactions.

The "Euphoria" actor bagged endorsement deals with many reputable brands, including Puma, Ralph Lauren Polo, Rockstar Energy Drinks, and Alex Arigato AB, and was survived by his mother and two adult sisters.

At the time of the financial institution's filing, Cloud's net worth was estimated to be around $1,000,000, which he left behind without a will.

Cloud's death did not seem to deter some displeased parties. The late actor's estate was sued over an alleged car crash that happened last February.

The victim, in legal documents obtained by The Blast, demanded compensation for damages to his car and personal injuries sustained from the encounter.

Eyewitnesses at the scene claimed that the actor and another individual were driving an SUV that hit a Toyota from the back in Marina Del Ray and then took into a nearby parking lot without stopping.

Upon their arrival at the parking lot, Cloud and his accomplice fled the scene.

The victim, identified as a female, suffered bruises and redness on her arms and legs in addition to her claims of "wage loss, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damage, property damage, and loss of earning capacity."

The Clouds Released A Statement After The 'Euphoria' Actor's Death

The star's death, which occurred two months after his father passed away, was announced via a public statement from his family, which read:

"It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother, and a son, Angus was special to us in so many ways. Last week, he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss."

His family continued thattheyfound solace in the fact that the 25-year-old was now reunited with his late dad who was his "best friend."

The star was vocal about his battle with mental health and his family hoped that his death "can remind others that they are not alone" and should not fight in silence.

"We hope the world remembers him for his humor, laughter, and love for everyone. We ask for privacy now as we are still processing this devastating loss," his mom and sisters concluded in the emotional announcement.
