Cloud, who plays Fezco in the HBO drama 'Euphoria', and another individual were allegedly driving an SUV that rear-ended a Toyota in Marina Del Rey in February 2023. At the time, witnesses say they saw the SVU take off into a parking lot nearby without ever stopping.

After the alleged accident occurred, witnesses say they then went into the parking lot, where they found the SVU, however, Cloud and the other man were MIA, indicating they fled the scene.

The female, who was in the Toyota hit by the SVU, suffered injuries to her legs and arms, including bruising and redness. Now, the victim claims she suffered "wage loss, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damage, property damage, and loss of earning capacity" and is suing Cloud.

"At said time and place, [Cloud] did negligently and carelessly own, rent, lease, bail, entrust, operate, repair, and maintain a motor vehicle to cause the same to strike [the victim]'s vehicle, thereby directly and proximately causing the damages complained of herein to [her]," the docs read.

Adding, "As a direct result of the subject accident, [the victim] suffered personal injuries and have incurred and continue to incur hospital and medical expenses, wage loss, loss of earning capacity, property damages, and general damages. Said amount to be proven at the time of trial."

Of course, Cloud tragically died of a drug overdose, so this situation will have to be handled by his estate and family.

Angus was open about his battle with mental health, and we hope his passing can remind others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.
