The 27-year-old has been named in a lawsuit accusing her of involvement in a car accident, and the victim is demanding some compensation.

The plaintiff, Phillip Gibson, claimed Brielle's car cut in front of him at a turning point in Georgia on July 5, causing him to swerve and run onto the "roundabout center median."

He claims he avoided crashing into her and thus damaged his left rear wheel and tire. Gibson's lawsuit showed he is demanding $750 compensation for the damages to his car.

However, Brielle has denied her role in the accident, and sources close to her confirmed to In Touch that she left Georgia on July 3 and can not possibly cause an accident in absentia.

The 27-year-old lawsuit is the latest development in her family's legal drama and comes after the court finally sets a trial date for her soon-to-be-divorced parents.

Guilty or not, the lawyer fees that might result from Brielle's lawsuit is certainly something her estranged parents will prefer to avoid.

Kim and Kroy were involved in a tax evasion case with the IRS, which claimed they owed up to $1.1 million in unpaid taxes. The estranged pair also received several lawsuits over unpaid loans and credit card debt.

That's not all; Kim and Kroy's 9,500-square-foot estate in Alpharetta, Georgia, is on the verge of foreclosure by Truist Bank, and the ex-couple is fighting tooth and nail for another window to find a buyer for the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom property.

In her plea, Kim declared that the family would suffer irreparable loss if the defendant were allowed to continue foreclosure, as it would "thwart the spirit and intention of the Order issued in the divorce case to preserve the marital estate."

She continued that proceeds from the house sale can help their family bounce back financially and secure a stable future for their children, adding that the court, which has yet to decide on the foreclosure order, should act quickly as "time is of the essence."

The RHOA Alum's Daughter Lost Her Car To Their Financial Troubles

Brielle also previously suffered a fair share of loss as her parents struggled to salvage what was left of their finances. The Blast reported that the bank repossessed the 27-year-old’s exotic Range Rover in March.

The bank moved in to collect the vehicle as she defaulted on monthly payments towards the car’s purchase, and the court permitted Ally Bank to carry out the repossession.

Kim and her daughter were ordered to return the keys in March after Ally Bank sued them in December for failing to fulfill their monthly obligations on the purchase.

The bank claimed Kim and Brielle owed $83,969.35 on the 2019 model. Like Brielle, Kroy has returned his $400,100 Rolls Royce after failing to make a monthly payment as required by the purchase agreement.

The pair are expected to appear before a Fulton County Superior Court judge on November 5 and 6 to sign the dotted lines in their divorce agreement and dissolve the marriage for good.

Kim and Kroy returned to court in August after Kroy claimed things were irretrievably broken beyond repair and all their attempts to settle things out of court failed. He also requested sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children.

The RHOA alum quickly countered Kroy’s child custody request and filed for primary physical and joint legal custody instead, including Brielle and Ariana Biermann, who Kroy adopted in the marriage.

The estranged couple’s November stunt did not sustain their broken relationship for long, and by December, a call came from home reporting a domestic verbal disturbance.

The Blast shared that the bodycam clip showed Kroy accusing the TV personality of getting intimate with another man, which was denied by the mother of six, who declared she had never stepped out in their marriage.

She stated that Kroy had been raising his voice at her for over two hours, adding that she would not allow her character to be assassinated for a “false, baseless, and slanderous” claim.

The call comes after Kim accused her estranged husband of leaking sensitive information about their divorce to the press, as against her wish to keep these details private.

She continued that Kroy’s rejection of her proposal for a confidentiality agreement was the confirmation she needed.

Their domestic back and forths and distrust among the couple led the court to order parental evaluation, which gulped $5000 from their bank accounts to help them examine their fitness to raise their children.

Hopefully, the estranged couple will be able to overcome their financial troubles and stay amicable till their final marriage dissolution!
