Kathy Griffin and her estranged husband, Randy Bick, have reached a mini settlement in their divorce battle.

The comedian recently accepted her former partner's demands to access her L.A. mansion after kicking him out in 2023. She also agreed to drop a five-figure sum for his inconveniences, but other issues like spousal support remain.

Kathy Griffin and her estranged husband became entangled in a divorce battle after she filed for separation last December, citing "irreconcilable differences."

According to court documents, Griffin provided her ex-partner with a list and photographs of his belongings in her home. She agreed to return these items within ten days of the order and give Bick access to her property.

The "My Life on the D-List" star's former beau would be allowed to visit her home with a third party to gather any remaining inventory. Bicks also got $75,000, presumably as reimbursement for his expenses after getting kicked out in December.

As for their other differences, like spousal support and Griffin's health insurance, Bick noted a resolution was coming. In the documents obtained by In Touch, he explained that his attorney would draft a full settlement covering these issues and more.

The mini settlement comes two months after The Blast reported that Bick had slammed Griffin for kicking him out. During their marriage, the former couple lived in the stand-up personality's L.A. home, but she evicted him without notice.

In his court documents, Bick stressed that he was locked out of the home without adequate preparation. He claimed he only packed a small duffel bag after Griffin asked him to leave their marital home because they needed a break.

She allegedly wanted them to spend the Christmas holiday apart, but they reunited shortly after to attend a couple's therapy sessions. However, things changed after the holidays when Bick notified Griffin of his impending return home.

According to Bick, Griffin threatened to “call the cops” on him after informing her of his plans to return home. After this alleged conversation, he claimed she filed a divorce on December 28, 2023.

Bick implored the court to intercede, stressing that his life had drastically changed after Griffin kicked him out without notice. He asked to access the L.A. mansion on three dates of his choice and for over $40K in reimbursement.

He claimed Griffin should “reimburse [him] at least $21,000 toward his emergency expenses caused as a result of [her] removing him from the home." The list continued with at least $22,337 for his attorney fees and a place in her SAG AFTRA healthcare insurance.

Griffin Did Not Want To Pay Spousal Support

When Griffin filed for divorce in 2023, she listed the former couple's separation date as December 22. She claimed the pair's bond had run its course over "irreconcilable differences" and implored the court to enforce the terms of their prenuptial agreement.

According to the comedian, the pair signed a prenup in December 2019 before tying the knot on New Year's Day in 2020. On that note, Griffin asked the court to terminate its rights to award spousal support to herself and Bick.

It was unclear what the terms of their prenup were; however, they might be in Griffin's favor. On the other hand, Bick wanted spousal support and seemed more inclined to continue pushing for a settlement instead of accepting the prenuptial agreement.

Last December, The Blast reported that Griffin broke her silence on her divorce from Bick humorously. She took to X with a short but funny reaction, writing: "Well…sh-t. This sucks."

Her words sparked sympathetic messages from fans who encouraged her to push forward. "So sorry, sweetie! You know you will hurt, survive - and then thrive. You have been an inspiration to many! Wishing you the best," someone penned.

Another supporter added, "I'm so sorry Kathy. You guys have been through a lot together. I know your friends will be there for you and that it is as amicable as a parting can be."

With the mini settlement between Kathy Griffin and Randy Bick, the pair's bitter divorce may conclude soon. However, it remains to be seen which spouse gets the best deal.
