Bianca Censori's X-Rated Display In See-Through Top Could Earn Her Jail Time For Public Indecency

Kanye West's wife, Bianca Censori, might be courting some jail term after her latest near-nude display while out in Los Angeles on Monday.

The 29-year-old model was spotted out in the city wearing a see-through top that exposed the upper half of her body.

Bianca Censori was previously spotted out with her husband, Kanye West, wearing explicit attire that led to her being slammed by restaurateurs.

For her latest outing in L.A, Censori pulled off a more explicit look, opting to go braless underneath a nude top and tiny beige underwear that barely covered her bum.

The architect was visiting the Melrose Tanning Company salon, which offers a variety of tanning services.

While Censori's racy fashion display isn't a rare occurrence, it is believed that she might have landed herself in some legal trouble by exposing her bosom to the public.

According to the Daily Mail, "The California Penal Code Section 314(1) makes it a crime to intentionally expose your genitals or naked body in a public place, or anywhere else where someone could be offended or annoyed."

If the authorities deem it fit to take up the matter, Censori could face a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a fine of not more than $1000. She would also be registered as a sex offender for at least a decade, which is a mandatory requirement for such an offense.

Censori had earlier raised eyebrows when she appeared in a very explicit outfit with minimal coverage for her bosom during a date with her husband at a local barbecue restaurant.

The model wore only a small, silver-colored bra piece that barely covered her nipples, essentially leaving most of her bosom on full display. She paired this revealing top with high-waisted, nude-colored shorts that rode high toward her privates and clung tightly to her body.

In stark contrast to West's modest hoodie and black shorts, her outfit drew the ire of restaurant owners.

According to the Daily Mail, they threatened to ban her and the rapper from entering their establishments if they ever visited.

One of them said, "No self respecting restaurant owner or manager should be letting them enter with her dressed like that."

Another said the outfit she wore was "totally inappropriate," while a third individual added that Censori looked "absolutely ridiculous."

Even when out with Kanye West's kids, Censori sometimes opts to don racy clothes.

She was recently spotted wearing a form-fitting nude catsuit with matching underwear during a shopping trip in Tokyo with North and Chicago.

While the outfit completely covered Censori's body, its translucent nature created the illusion that it wasn't covered at all.

Earlier reports revealed that West's ex and the kids' mother, Kim Kardashian, had a frank conversation with the rapper to stop Censori from exposing their kids to her provocative dressing style.

"Kim instructed Kanye to never let Bianca dress like that around their kids," an insider told the Daily Mail. "She is truly surprised that Kanye would let his wife leave the house like that."

Last month, Censori was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by former employees of her husband who were working on a porn app for the rapper, per TMZ.

The former employees had accused West and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, of "fostering a racist environment," forcing employees to work "insanely long hours" and refusing to pay their wages.

Meanwhile, Censori's name came up for allegedly "sending one worker a file-sharing link containing hardcore sexual activity," seemingly to be used for the development of the rapper's porn app.

It was alleged that she made no move to shield the viewing of the explicit videos from minors.

Censori has since denied the allegations, as seen in a statement made by Yiannopoulos.

He told TMZ, "I've been authorized by Bianca to stress that any allegation that she showed or caused to be shown any pornographic material to minors is offensive, disgusting, abhorrent and categorically and wholly false."

Yiannopoulos also directly called out one ex-employee, Shemar DeCosta, branding them a "tragic, desperate, attention-seeking wannabe Yeezy staffer."

He further notes that DeCosta's claims about Censori sending porn to workers don't add up because Yeezy porn does not exist.
