Chrishell Stause and Keo Motsepe split last month after three months of dating and despite the fact that their romance was short-lived, the drama between them appears to be quite intense.
Following news of their breakup, the "Selling Sunset" cast member, who met Motsepe on the set of "Dancing With the Stars" in 2020, slammed her former boyfriend for “playing the victim” after reading a series of comments given toPEOPLE magazine by a "source."
“Ok I TRULY wanted to keep this drama free, but playing the victim and bringing your mom into it is a step too far for me," Stause wrote on her Instagram Stories, according to a report shared by Page Sixon February 27.
Chrishell Stause Suggests Keo Motsepe Was A Liar
"I was also 100% in it as well, until revelations told to me recently have made me question if you could even order a coffee without lying,” she continued.
On Friday, February 26, an insider close to Motsepe told PEOPLE magazine that he was completely heartbroken by the end of his relationship with the reality star.
“He enjoyed his time with Chrishell and was 100 percent in it,” the source told the magazine, adding, “He’s had a tough time with his mom’s passing, but he really wanted to make his relationship with Chrishell last.”
Chrishell Stause Claims She Knows PEOPLE's Source
In addition to screen-grabbing the PEOPLE magazine article and suggesting her former boyfriend can't do anything without lying, Stause shared an article, titled, “Liar, Liar: How to Break Free from Habitual Lying.”
Then, after one of her Instagram followers pointed out that it wasn't Motsepe, but a "source" who had spoken to the outlet, Stause insisted that she was well aware of the alleged insider's identity.
“I gathered all the facts before I posted. Don’t worry. I know exactly where it came from,” she insisted.
Chrishell Stause Claims To Have Receipts
After a second person told Stause she was being “childish” over her and Motsepe's breakup, Stause admitted she was before explaining her reasoning behind calling her ex out on social media.
“Yes I am aware,” Stause replied. “If I end up alone with cats-it was worth it. But I am also human and not a robot. When you are the a** in the breakup [and] then the other person tries to let you save face and take the high road publicly….probably best not to poke a bear holding receipts.”
Chrishell Stause Previously Thought Keo Motsepe Was 'The Best'
Stause went on to say that she hopes she will be more mature about their split in the future, telling someone online, “Today wasn’t the day."
After confirming their romance on Instagram in December, Stause and Motsepe left the country in lieu of a getaway in Mexico. Then, as the two of them celebrated the holidays as a couple, Stause appeared on Nick Viall's podcast, where she said Motsepe was "the best."
“Soon after we made it official, we went ahead and shared it. I’m so blushing right now,” she gushed.
