Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Finally Get Trial Date In Prolonged Messy Divorce

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have recorded a significant breakthrough in their lengthy divorce battle.

The pair are very close to being histories in each other’s romantic lives as the court has given them a date for a trial to finalize their divorce.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann opened the floor to dissolve their union over a year ago, and since then, they have disagreed on many decisions, including the custody of their minor children.

The reality star and her ex-husband will appear in Fulton County Superior Court on November 5 and 6 to settle their divorce disputes and part ways for good. 

The journey began last May, and the first paperwork was dismissed last September, following signs of reconciliation, as Zociak reportedly told the judge they still sleep in the same house and live together.

However, Biermann insisted things were irretrievably broken beyond repair and filed another paperwork two months later, signaling a failure to reignite their flame and requested sole legal and physical custody of their four children. 

The reality star then followed in her ex’s footsteps in October and requested primary physical and joint legal custody of their four minor kids. Zolciak is also the mother of Brielle and Ariana Biermann, who Kroy adopted upon marriage.

Days after Zolciak’s filing, the public was thrown into more confusion as Biermann was spotted with Zolsiack at a hospital in Los Angeles, where she went in for a vaginal rejuvenation surgery and stayed by her side as she recovered.

In Touch also gathered that they also celebrated their wedding anniversary last November. 

Zolciak shared clips of her intimate dinner with Biermann on her Instagram story, leaving fans to decode what the clip meant. She did not reveal any direct information, but the date coincided with the 12th year of their marriage.

However, their facade did not last for long as trouble began looming in the estranged couple’s paradise a month after their “anniversary dinner” as a police report detailed that a call came from one of the couple’s children due to a domestic verbal disturbance.

The bodycam clip showed Biermann accusing Zolciak of having sexual relations with another man, and Zolciak noted to the authorities that Biermann had been raising his voice at her for about two hours.

The mom of six denied every infidelity allegation at any point in their marriage, describing it as “false, baseless and slanderous,” adding that she would not let her character be assassinated, but this episode was not the last of their domestic problems.

Zolciak reported her estranged husband to the police in April, accusing him of stealing her phone in the bodycam footage. She also spoke about a court order that granted Biermann permission to stay in their home but in his allotted portion of the property.

Biermann denied the theft claim and refused to speak with the police, prompting the court to give them a closet schedule to address their space issue. The document also prohibited either of them from selling, consigning, trading, disposing, or encumbering any item.

Before their recent altercation in April, Zolciak expressed her suspicion about her estranged husband, sharing sensitive details about their divorce to the media, including embarrassing information about both of them, which she has kept from the public.

The Blast shared that the reality star was convinced it was her husband because he rejected her proposal for a confidentiality order to help curb the media attention swarming their private business. 

Biermann’s action led her to take extra precautions and file for a protection order on February 5, 2024. When granted, this order can prevent information about specific names and financial records from going public.

Biermann countered her request by filing a motion for discovery to order the 46-year-old to produce some documentation or information related to their divorce against her decision to wait until the privacy of their divorce process had been granted.

Following numerous episodes of domestic altercation between the estranged pair, the court ordered them to pay a joint sum of $5000 for the parent fitness evaluator as one of their kids was forced to call the cops to intervene in one of their disputes.

The evaluator will monitor the exes and their interactions with their minor children and access all records on the case without the couple’s interference.

The order for evaluation comes after Biermann accused her ex-husband of selling some of her personal effects for $25,000, claiming she received a notification of sale from a jeweler about her bracelets.

The reality star then filed a motion to stop the former NFL player’s request for financial disclosure in the spirit of family privacy.

Biermann accused Zolciak of being shady and using the privacy plea to cover her lavish spending, alleging that she had spent over $600k on designer brands like Chanel and Versace from 2016 to 2023.

The former athlete also accused the reality star of splurging on the lottery and Bitcoin, stating that she paid $161,912.87 on both in 2021 and $65,966.95 in 2022.
