Retiring From Gymnastics

At just 25 years old, contemplating retirement from a lifelong profession can be daunting, but for Kramer, it marked the beginning of a successful transition into a thriving social media career.

Following her graduation from the University of Los Angeles, Kramer openly admitted uncertainty about her future path. Throughout her college years, she dedicated herself to rigorous training and competitive gymnastics, achieving notable milestones such as earning a perfect 10 at a National Collegiate Athletics Association meet while representing UCLA in January 2020.

Turning To Social Media

However, COVID-19 brought all competitive sports to a sudden halt, leaving Kramer uncertain about her next steps.

"[After that meet], COVID hits, and our season ends," she recounted. "We didn't get to compete in the most important meets of our season."

"Every goal that I had leading up to the season was taken away," Kramer reflected. "It felt like my career was over; I was no longer a student-athlete or a gymnast. It was like, welcome to the real world."

The gymnast confessed to grappling with the upheaval and loss of competitive sports, but she found solace and direction in her familiar passions: gymnastics and social media. Now, Kramer has successfully carved out a comfortable living from both endeavors.
