Kim Kardashian Resurfaces After Kanye West Divorce News

Kim Kardashian isn't letting her divorce news from Kanye West get her down. The 40-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star reappeared on social media over the weekend, just two days after pulling the plug on her seven-year marriage. Taking to her Instagram Story, the KKW Beauty founder was caught laughing and cracking jokes on Sunday at her mom Kris Jenner's expense.
The dark-haired beauty delighted her fans when she began posting again after going silent following the divorce news on Friday.

As The Blast reported, Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from the "Jesus Is King" rapper last week. Asking the judge for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's four children, the reality star raised eyebrows by not listing a separation date which left many wondering if their relationship was over long before it was reported.

Sharing her very first post since making headlines over ending her marriage, Kim Kardashian resurfaced by paying tribute to her dad, the late Robert Kardashian, on what would have been his 77th birthday. Posting an old photo showing Robert surrounded by Kim and her famous siblings, the "KUWTK" star asked her father to visit her in her dreams.
Kim Kardashian also revealed that she called her dad's old cellphone number to see if anyone would pick it up. Telling Robert she has "so much to tell you," it was hard to read Kim's heartbreaking message to her father. Keep scrolling to see the throwback!
She also asked Robert to "send down a sign in the form of those symbols/birds we always talked about," adding, "I just miss you sooooo much!" Instead of Sunday Service, Kim Kardashian's day of rest was spent with her mom and best friend Jonathan Cheban for his birthday.
The beauty mogul seemed to be in good spirits when she turned the camera on Kris Jenner to laugh at her outfit with her bestie. Kim Kardashian has yet to discuss her divorce with Kanye West.
