Timberlake's jokes about his arrest come not long after his arrest in Sag Harbor, New York when police saw that he was unable to "keep on the right side of the roadway" and drove through a stop sign.

The arrest report revealed that Timberlake allegedly "performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests" and refused a breathalyzer test.

Timberlake was subsequently charged with one count of DWI and two citations for allegedly running a stop sign and failure to stay in lane.

He was arraigned the day after and released without bail. However, the "Sexyback" singer allegedly insisted that he only had one martini at the party before his drive. His next court date is scheduled for July 26.

He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA's office."

The tour is for the singer's latest solo album, "Everything I Thought It Was," released in March this year. It's Timberlake's first solo album since he released "Man of the Woods" in 2018.

Fortunately for Timberlake, he is not required to attend his July 26 date, as he has a tour stop scheduled for Poland that day.

The "Mirrors" singer recently performed two shows in Chicago and two at Madison Square Garden in New York, where his wife Jessica Biel was spotted cheering him on in the crowd. Timberlake also has concert stops scheduled for Birmingham, Manchester, and London in August.
