Charlie Sheen's Ex-Wife Involved In Matthew Perry's Death Case

Charlie Sheen is seen as he films a promo for his Don Sueños tequila while at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, in Coconut Creek Florida.

According to new reports, the mystery woman who made waves for allegedly being questioned "multiple times" by cops is none other than Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller.

Mueller — who has a history of rehabilitation for substance abuse like Perry — was reportedly not at her sober living residence when authorities visited with a search warrant in May. However, a source claimed she was "completely cooperative" upon her return.

The search on her sober residence reportedly resulted in authorities seizing Mueller's laptop and iPhone. It is important to note that Sheen's ex-wife was not arrested; however, RadarOnline shared that she has lawyered up following the incident.

Inside The LAPD's Alleged Hunt For Perry's Killer

Matthew Perry Reportedly Obtained Ketamine Pills Prior To Death

Days earlier, The Blast reported that a woman had allegedly been questioned by authorities in their investigations into the circumstances surrounding Perry's death. The update came a month after the LAPD launched their criminal investigation in May.

Authorities joined hands with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service to solve the mystery of how Perry died from "acute effects of the drug Ketamine."

The late actor had been prescribed the drug to treat depression and anxiety, but his last treatment was weeks before his death. This implied that he got a high level of ketamine in his blood from another source.

In May, The Blast shared that authorities were investigating a crucial part of Perry's death — where he got the ketamine that influenced his death. It was unclear how far cops had gone in the case; however, sources noted they had been researching for months.

Law enforcers' main questions about the case revolved around who provided Perry with the drug and under what circumstances. To answer their queries, officers had reportedly interviewed some key figures in Hollywood who have a history of drug use or abuse.

It was uncertain if these individuals were close pals of Perry's or how they fit into the investigation; however, insiders stressed that they were not necessarily the actual source of ketamine but possible links to the dealer.

Despite the continued investigation into Perry's ketamine source, his death case was officially closed in January. The LAPD confirmed the end of their investigation in a statement, noting the entertainer's death was ruled as an "accident."

The L.A. County Medical Examiner-Coroner echoed similar sentiments on their website, stressing that the Perry death case was "closed." Online records revealed the late actor's cause of death was attributed to the "acute effects of ketamine."

Perry's demise also included contributing factors like drowning, coronary artery disease, and the impact of buprenorphine, a medication for opioid addiction. However, the most significant factor was the high level of ketamine in his system.
