Farrah Abraham's assault lawsuit against a Hollywood hotspot is not ending anytime soon!

According to new reports, the "Teen Mom" alum's trial has been postponed after a case management conference fell apart. This hearing was a crucial step in determining how the assault allegations would have been handled.

Farrah Abraham has been fighting against Grandmaster Records — a popular restaurant and bar in Los Angeles — over a 2022 incident involving one of its security guards.

The media personality and her counsel skipped a case management conference on June 16. Per the legal documents, Abraham and her rep had reportedly been notified about the hearing date in January, given its importance to the assault drama.

However, they offered no excuse for their absence in last week's hearing. The documents also noted that "no responsive pleadings have been filed" from the defendants in the assault case — Grandmaster Records and its security guard, George Velazquez.

Due to the failed case management hearing, Abraham's assault case will not appear before a judge until August 15, as reported by Radar Online.

The MTV alum's lawsuit against the defendants is not the only drama stemming from the case, as a separate guard sued her for striking her face.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Abraham hit back at the assault lawsuit filed by a female security from Grandmaster Records with a countersuit. She called out the popular hotspot and its bouncer, George Velazquez, for several allegations.

These crimes included assault, battery, emotional distress, and more, which Abraham tied explicitly to the security guards' alleged mistreatment. In her recollection of the 2022 incident, a fight broke out in the establishment's rooftop bar between her and another patron.

However, Abraham stressed that the other party attacked her without provocation by "shoving her violently multiple times and swinging her purse at her." The alleged assault occurred before the bar's personnel, but the woman wasn't held accountable.

Instead, the security team singled Abraham out as the perpetrator, with the documents alleging that she was "physically grabbed from behind by the arms by one of the staff members/security guards and was forcibly taken away from the bar and escorted out of the restaurant."

Abraham claimed the mistreatment she suffered did not end outside the restaurant, with security guards, including Velazquez, allegedly attacking her while she was waiting for her friends.

The documents accused Velazquez of going the extra mile to physically rough up Abraham, claiming: "Defendant Velazquez, an overly aggressive male security guard, who then wrestled with Plaintiff, flung her down to the ground like a ragdoll."

The male guard "handcuffed her, and then held her down on the ground, at times using his knee to do so, repeatedly saying, 'You're going to jail.'" Abraham claimed she had proof of the horrific abuse as it was captured by one of her companions.

Megan Armstrong, who worked for Grandmaster Records in 2022, sued Abraham for assault over the incident. She accused the latter of striking her when she attempted to escort her out of the restaurant.

Unlike Abraham's innocent stance, Armstrong claimed she was responsible for the rooftop fight because of her "assaultive behavior with other customers." This problematic attitude extended to the guard, who allegedly suffered severe injuries.

These wounds "include but are not limited to, an eye injury and injuries to her face for which [Armstrong] sought [sic] medical treatment as well as psychological trauma and emotional distress."

The female guard's claims saw Abraham getting arrested and narrowly escaping jail time over the 2022 incident. A judge sentenced the 33-year-old to 18 months of probation and 40 hours of community service.

She was not required to attend any anger management class or pay fines for battery on a peace officer. Abraham escaped a heavier sentence by taking a plea deal; however, she continued preaching her innocence on social media.

Despite the legal drama, The Blast shared that Abraham found love again but refused to disclose her boyfriend's identity. She did share that they connected through her OnlyFans page in 2021 before crossing paths again on a dating app.

Abraham revealed their relationship had blossomed into something significant in 2023, so she protected the union by making her mystery beau sign a non-disclosure agreement.
