Ryan Anderson's Latest Behavior Leaves Fans 'Disturbed'

Ryan Anderson seems to be digging himself a deeper hole as each episode of Lifetime's new docuseries "Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up" airs.
Following his and Gypsy Rose Blanchard's divorce, the special education teacher claimed that fans would "see what really happened" once the project aired on TV.
However, it seems that with each new episode, Ryan Anderson's behavior becomes "exposed," and it is leaving fans "disturbed."
Red Flags All-Around
After seeing the first three episodes of "Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up," fans can't help but point out the several "red flags" with Ryan Anderson, citing his "controlling" and "uncomfortable" behavior towards his now ex-wife.
"Ryan's behavior and general demeanor really disturbs me," one viewer shared on social media. "He triggers an alarm for me."
The user went on to explain how the special education teacher reached out to Gypsy while she was in prison, serving her ten-year sentence after pleading guilty to the second-degree murder of her mom, Clauddine 'Dee Dee' Blanchard.
Ryan Accused Of Being 'Totally Fixated On His Sexual Attraction' Towards Gypsy
"He knew of her only through the context of her abuse and crime," the individual continued. "What did he see through the media that struck him as a potential mate?? Not understanding that. She was developmentally stunted because of what happened to her, so to find her cute is alarming for one."
"But once we see them interacting post-release... it's even worse," the user added. "I wanted to give Ryan the benefit of the doubt because he does seem to care for Gypsy genuinely."
"However, he seems to be totally fixated on his sexual attraction for her and their sexual relationship, constantly touching her and telling her how he wants to 'love on her' in public without true understanding or consideration of her well-being, trauma triggers, etc."
Is Ryan's Primary Focus Sex?
The social media user then questioned what Ryan's "primary focus" is, as he consistently makes moves on Gypsy, which seems to make the ex-convict uncomfortable.
"Packing up sex stockings or whatever the hell they were for their trip to New York. I get wanting to enjoy each other as a married couple, but it seems to be Ryan's primary focus," the individual expressed. "He speaks about her like an object or prize, 'I can't believe she chose me.' I think he has fetishized her and does not respect her autonomy or desire to be a grown, mature adult with a ton of trauma and baggage."
And others couldn't help but agree.
Ryan Anderson Slammed For His Behavior
After seeing the first three episodes of Lifetime's new docuseries, viewers noticed that Ryan seems to only care about sex and getting laid.
"In the first episode of their show, all he cares about is getting laid!" one social media user replied. "He says he doesn't care about Gypsy Rose Blanchard's family wanting to spend time with her, he can't stop touching her and talking about sex, doesn't leave her alone when she seems uninterested, etc. His unhinged temper tantrums while driving were pretty triggering too."
Another individual chimed in, "Yes I agree about this. I observed the same. He wants to tap dat a-- every chance he gets. It’s a guarantee that this is the first time this ol' boy ever had sex. You could see it in his demeanor. He is whipped up over it."
"Disgusting. All of this. It’s gross," they added. "The talk about sex is overwhelming. That’s not what the focus should be. People don’t see there is so much more to a relationship and often having little to do with 'sex.'"
Ryan Labeled As 'Codependent'
The comments continued to pour in, with one user calling Ryan "codependent as heck."
"I think he’s codependent as heck and he enjoyed her vulnerable position," they said. "He knew she would be dependent on him during and after her release from prison. He knew she’d be wired for dependency because of her upbringing. I think he likes to feel needed and like he has some superiority over someone else. It could also be why he’s a special ed teacher, as well."
"Yeahhh he grossed me out, especially when he kept touching her after she said not to," another expressed.
Another called Ryan "gross." "He gives me the ick. Everyone was judging her for divorcing him, but I see exactly why she did."
The drama between Ryan and Gypsy will continue to unfold in new episodes of Lifetime's "Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up," which airs on Mondays.
