The "Laguna Beach" alum recently confirmed that she got breast implants and a lift after nursing her three children with ex-husband Jay Cutler.

This revelation came during a candid discussion on her "Let's Be Honest" podcast, where she featured plastic surgeon Dr. Jacob Unger.

The conversation sparked when Cavallari posted a clip from the podcast on Instagram. One follower, confused by the admission, commented, "I thought she just got a breast lift?" The 37-year-old clarified by responding:

"I did both after breastfeeding. Everyone acting like I lied about it when I never got asked specifically about implants themselves. I said in an interview YEARS ago that I had a lift (which, to me, felt like I was revealing more than I actually needed to) but I never once denied implants, ever."

The Podcaster Revealed Breast Lift During Instagram Q&A

Cavallari's recent admission about her breast implants and a lift has provided clarity two years after she first mentioned her breast lift.

In an August 2022 article, Extra TV reported that during an Instagram Story Q&A session the fashion designer responded to a follower's query about whether her breasts were natural.

"Gonna keep it real with y'all. Got a lift after breastfeeding all 3 kids," she candidly shared at the time. While she did not delve into further details then, Cavallari elaborated on other types of cosmetic procedures.

Cavallari's Stance On Botox, Fillers, And Other Procedures

In addition to revealing her breast lift, the actress shared her thoughts on other cosmetic procedures, explaining why she avoided Botox and fillers. "It's not for me," Cavallari said, before admitting:

"But I've seen it look amazing on some people. My concern is that we don't know the long-term effects of it (and I don't mean 5-10 years, I mean like 20 years) and I think your face is a muscle, so we need to work it out the same way we would any other muscle."

She emphasized the importance of natural facial expressions, stating, "I'm super animated, so I need my face to move and honestly, my lines don't bother me."

Cavallari also expressed skepticism about lasers and chemical peels, noting, "I've done all that sh-t and have truly never seen any results. I've wasted a lot of money."

She then attributed this significant weight loss to immense stress and an unhappy marriage. "The difference was I was so unhappy and so stressed out. And you guys, that was just stress. That was being in a really unhappy marriage, quite honestly," Cavallari shared.

The TV personality also reminisced on her appearance at the time, stating, "I look back at photos from that period and think, 'Holy sh-t.' I was rail f-cking thin. I was skin and bones. I looked like sh-t. I think I look so much better now."
