The June 13 episode, filmed months before Kourtney welcomed her son, captured the reality TV star explaining the behind-the-scenes details about her decision to move in with Travis.

She once shared that the pair felt "no pressure" to cohabitate; however, they changed their mind with the appearance of their first child together.

Kourtney also flaunted how far the couple had gone in their cohabitation plans, giving her mother, Kris Jenner, a tour of the Halloween decorations she set up at Travis' house. The tour included a view of Rocky's room, which housed a drum set.

A year before "The Kardashians" episode was filmed, Kourtney opened up about merging households with Travis on Amanda Hirsch's "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast. She appeared on the show in October 2022, a few months after saying her vows to the Blink-182 drummer.

Kourtney revealed the couple, nicknamed Kravis, were not in a rush to blend their families. Instead, they prioritized introducing both sides to each other with plenty of quality family time. In her words:

"We're in the place where we're figuring out how to blend our households and our kids and what life looks like now. For the most part, we're getting those things in place. We do family dinner every Sunday night with all the kids at his house."

Kourtney continued, "We want our kids to feel really comfortable. They have both lived in their homes their whole lives for the most part and just, they each have their rooms. We are a block away."

Last November, The Blast reported that Kourtney and Travis were the proud parents of son Rocky Thirteen. They welcomed their bundle of joy in style, with the TV personality staying at a luxurious suite in Los Angeles' Cedars Sinai Hospital.

This was not the first the deluxe maternity suite had welcomed a member of the Kar-Jenner clan, as some of Kourtney's sisters had given birth there. The venue could easily be mistaken for a five-star hotel room with its extravagant features.

Insiders noted the suite featured a patient room, an adjacent sitting room, and a luxury bathroom filled with every necessity money could buy. From stylish bathrobes to recessed lighting, flat-screen TVs, and hardwood floors, the suite made childbirth an expensive occasion.

The journey to Rocky Thirteen's birth was physically and emotionally challenging for Kourtney. The Blast shared that she reflected on her failed IVF treatments on her Instagram Story during an emotional Q&A session.

A fan with similar experiences sparked the conversation by asking: "Had 6 failed IVFs - how did you find the strength to keep going? It's debilitating." Kourtney responded by sharing her heartbreaking journey with the treatments.

"I stopped after a year of trying (5 failed IVF cycles, 3 retrievals). My body relaxed, and I believed in God's plan for my life. Lots of prayers for whatever was meant to be for us," she said, encouraging the fan not to lose hope and keep praying.
