Nipsey Hussle's brother is being accused of refusing to pay up after allegedly driving off from a gas station with the nozzle still attached to his car.
According to a new lawsuit obtained by The Blast, a company named Dalla, Inc claims Samiel Asghedom owes them $1,500.
The company, which operates a 76 gas station in Sherman Oaks, claims at some point within the last month, Asghedom, who goes by the name Blacc Sam, "drove off with gas pump."
It's unclear exactly what kind of damage was caused, but Dalla says Asghedom is refusing to pay up, so now they've gone to court.

The $1,500 amount is for property damage plus additional costs the company incurred, as well as a potential loss of revenue for the inactive pump.
Asghedom has not answered the allegations, but if he did drive off with the hose attached to his car -- it's probably because he has a lot on his mind.
The 37-year-old brother of Nipsey Hussle has been wearing many hats since his famous brother was gunned down on March 31.

Along with battling The Crips for the use of Nipsey's famous slogan, "The Marathon Continues," he has been handling all business matters that were set up before Nipsey's death.
One of those deals is an upcoming collaboration with Puma, who announced a posthumous collection honoring Nipsey and his influence on the community in South Los Angeles.

Blacc Sam has also requested to be in charge of Nipsey's estate, as well as a guardian of his late brother's 10-year-old daughter, Emani.
A hearing for the gas pump case has been set for September.
