The  Fight Between Marjorie Taylor Greene  And Jasmine Crockett

The bikini photo comes after Rep. Jasmine Crockett criticized Greene's "bleached blonde bad built butch body" during a contentious Capitol Hill hearing.

During the hearing, Greene clashed with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Crockett at the House Oversight Committee hearing about holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

Greene stirred things up by questioning if the committee's Democratic members employed Manhattan Criminal Court Justice Juan Merchan's daughter, who is presiding over Donald Trump's hush money trial.

Crockett questioned the relevance of Greene's comment, to which Greene retorted, "I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you're reading."

Ranking member Jamie Raskin rebuked Greene, saying, "That's beneath even you, Ms. Greene." AOC then demanded Greene's remarks be stricken from the record and condemned her for criticizing Crockett's appearance.

After a heated exchange involving Greene, Ocasio-Cortez, and Committee chair James Comer, Crockett sought clarification on acceptable discussion topics during hearings.

She inquired, "I'm just curious, just to better understand your ruling. If someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody's bleach blonde, bad-built, butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?"

Social Media Users Slam Marjorie Taylor Greene: 'It's The Hate You Spill That Makes You Ugly'

The exchange between the two lawmakers quickly went viral on social media, with many finding it entertaining, reminiscent of reality television drama.

Trying to control the narrative, Greene took to X (formerly Twitter) to post: "Yes, my body is built and strong. NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle."

However, critics were quick to slam her in the comments. One wrote: "Yes, through a healthy lifestyle of lying, harassing school shooting victims, and cheating on your husband, mixed in with not doing your job."

Another added: "Remember when you started it? We do. Nice try. Here is the thing...it doesn't matter how much you work out and how much you lie... it's the hate you spew that makes you ugly, not your looks."

A third said, "Hey, Marjorie Taylor Greene. Maybe your body is strong, but you're still dead inside, and your soul is dark. What you may have in brawn, you lack in brains and kindness. But sure, keep body-shaming others. It will only make you a worse person than you already are."
