According to her filing, Pelas wishes to obtain a restraining order against Zain Ali Raza, a man allegedly obsessed with her. She accused this fan of harassment, stalking, and unsolicited online communications.

The media personality implored the Court to keep Raza at least 300 yards away from her, her properties, her assets, her workplace, and all public appearances.

She also stressed that he should be banned from communicating with her on social media, email, and other technological routes.

Pelas argued that she deserved this protective order because of the emotional turmoil she suffered from Raza's harassment. The list included "sleep loss, anxiety, stress, and depression."

The Model Received An Emergency Protective Order From Authorities

In her documents, Pelas revealed she had received an emergency protective order against Raza on May 14. The police reportedly gave her the order after the obsessed fan trespassed onto her property.

Recalling the terrifying incident, the social media personality noted her front and back doors are inaccessible to the public. However, Raza presumably accessed her home by hopping over the fence or private gate.

She claimed he attempted to open her downstairs doors and attached proof of his crimes. The evidence included camera shots of a man on her property, peeping through a door, touching things, or standing outside by a pool.

The Obsessed Fan Allegedly Accessed Her Home Twice

According to Pelas, authorities arrested Raza on May 14 as it was his second time breaking into her home. His first offense occurred last December when he allegedly flew to Los Angeles to harass the model.

Pelas believed Raza accessed her front garden by jumping over the security gate. Then he tried to open at least three locked doors despite her sounding the alarm.

She claimed he made up different stories when cops arrived, telling them he was a childhood friend or was there to buy her house. "He is clearly a liar and capable of being manipulative," the entertainer stressed in her documents.

The 32-Year-Old Claims The Fan Has A History Of Online Harassment

Raza's alleged obsession with Pelas was so significant that he allegedly created multiple social media accounts to communicate with her. This included sending her unsolicited messages and pictures, including of his genitalia.

The model noted her moderation team from social media was alerted by Raza's constant harassment and warned her about his erratic behavior. They described him as "aggressive, dangerous, abusive, manipulative," and possibly "schizophrenic."

Pelas stressed that she was not only concerned about her mental health but the safety of her property. Raza had allegedly damaged her front gate and given her reasons to suspect he tempered with her alarm system, forcing her to change it.
