Emma Slater wants no financial help between herself and her estranged husband, Sasha Farber.
In court documents obtained by The Blast, the professional dancer asserts that she and Farber have a written agreement within a stipulated judgment of dissolution of marriage.
Emma Slater Wants Written Agreement With Sasha Farber Upheld
In a declaration submitted for default to the court, Slater states that she knowingly relinquishes any entitlement to receive spousal or partner support.
The 35-year-old requests the court to permanently terminate such support for both her and Farber, who have been seperated since April 2022.
She contends that "Spousal support or domestic partner support should be ordered as set forth in the proposed Judgment based on the factors described in: written agreement."
Slater adds that attorney fees are to be determined according to the terms outlined in the proposed judgement.
In her request to enter default, the choreographer notes that she did not submit a completed declaration of income and expense. She also waived the costs and disbursements under the memorandum of costs.

Slater’s declaration submission comes months after she confessed that the collapse of her union was not the fault of her former beau.
The Blast shared that she claimed their problems had to do with their inability to agree on the timing of welcoming children. In her words, during a podcast appearance in August 2023:
"It's really the kid thing. It's interesting because I do want to have kids, I just don't want to delay Sasha's path in having kids because I know that he is ready for that. I don't want to talk about him too much because that's really for him to say, but it's about kids."
The "Dancing with the South African Stars" dancer then stressed her desire to have kids, saying, "I'm still figuring it out for myself. It's a decision I don't take lightly, and I'm cautious about committing to something I'm uncertain about."
Slater further revealed that even though discussions about family planning occurred throughout her relationship with Farber, she sensed a notable "resistance" leading up to their separation.
She clarified that the challenge stemmed from her, not her ex, adding, "He's always been very much himself. It's me that's found it difficult to understand why I'm feeling different."
Social Media Users Want The 'DWTS' Couple To Reunite
Despite their split, Slater and Farber have remained cordial, with them getting spotted together at Walt Disney World during last year’s "Dance the World" event.
Slater commemorated the occasion with a series of photos posted on Instagram, leading the platform’s users to share their wishes that she and Farber were still together.
While one Instagram citizen commented, "Love seeing you with Sasha!?," another wrote, "I was hoping they were together again. They look so good together and it seems like they're on good terms."
Similarly, a third fan declared, "Oh how I pray you and Sasha would reconcile the love you have for one another!!" and another emphasized, "SO GLAD TO SEE YOU WITH SASHA," alongside a slew of red heart emojis.
Slater Raised Questions About Her Romantic Life Recently
Amid fans airing their wish for the former lovebirds' comeback, Slater was seen on a romantic outing with Mauricio Umansky, her partner for season 32 of "DWTS," last October.
At the time, the pair were photographed holding hands as they dined at a restaurant in Beverly Hills.
Even though the duo kept mum on the possibility of a budding relationship, an insider disclosed that the dance partners had grown "far more connected and closer than ever."
According to the source, their connection continued to deepen as Umansky, who is currently separated from his wife, Kyle Richards, talked about his most memorable year.
The conversation aligned with the "DWTS" theme for its October 24 episode. Speaking on his own marital problems, the real estate tycoon stated:
"We were dealing with our own things, kind of, super quietly and internally, just our own issues. I mean, certainly, we're not separated. We're not divorced at this point. We are not any of that stuff. We're still dealing with our marriage."
Inside Emma Slater & Sasha Farber's Short-Lived Union
Fans will recall that Slater and Farber began their romance in 2011 before breaking up in 2014. However, they reconciled within a year, with Farber proposing during a live episode of "DWTS" in October 2016.
They exchanged vows on March 25, 2018, surrounded by fellow "DWTS" professionals Jenna Johnson, Lindsay Arnold, and Witney Carson as bridesmaids. Additionally, Derek Hough stood by Farber's side as one of his groomsmen.
Unfortunately, they separated in 2022, with one informant divulging that same year that the pair "have not been wearing their wedding rings and are each leading a single life."
According to Hollywood Life, just weeks after, Slater and Farber showcased their professional prowess against each other on "DWTS" season 31.
Despite their split, they upheld a standard of professionalism throughout the season with their different partners — Farber partnered with Selma Blair, while Slater joined forces with Trevor Donovan.
Slater officially filed for divorce in February 2023.
