In February 2016, an Instagram fan account dedicated to the Sports Illustrated star reminded everyone of her headline-making 2013 Vanity Fair shoot, one seeing her go old-school Hollywood in a plunging satin bodysuit with a lingerie feel, and there was even come cake action. Sizzling on the magazine's cover as she flaunted her famous curves in her ivory-colored one-piece, Kate proved the ultimate blonde bombshell, and it wasn't just any cover as Vanity Fair marked its 100th anniversary.

All bright-eyed with curled hair and red lips, Kate posed in a figure-flaunting satin look that channeled retro '50s vibes. The Michigan-born sensation, aged 21 at the time, leaned forward from a studio setting while outfitted in a gorgeous, expensive-looking bodysuit with a low neckline, flashing her eye-popping curves tastefully as thick satin straps held her outfit together.

Holding up a small cake with a lit candle in it, Kate placed her free hand to one of her toned thighs as she looked right at the camera with parted lips and drove fans wild with her model features.
