British model Iskra Lawrence may not be an American, but she's bringing more heat for the holiday than your neighborhood fireworks show.

The U.K. native is showing there's still no hard feelings and is celebrating Independence Day in the U.S. by hanging out at the Jersey Shore.

Iskra was seen Tuesday hanging out at Seaside Heights Boardwalk, where the famed "Jersey Shore" was first taped.

Instead of working on her GTL, Iskra was playing frisbee while wearing a killer red, white and blue visor.

Wearing one of the baby blue bikinis from her sponsored Aerie Swimwear line, Iskra showed off her frisbee skills.

She also showed off some impressive hands, and caught a return throw during the frisbee session.

Luckily, no Guidos intervened and ruined the good time.

After working up a sweat Iskra hit the water, and by the expression on her face ... it was quite chilly.

The 28-year-old model confidently waded through the water in her sexy bikini, and truly embodies her messages to young fans.

The body positive role model has frequently spoken out about her own struggles with body image, and recently told Women's Health, "Relatively I was just a normal, healthy-looking teen. But I developed body dysmorphia and an eating disorder because I had these unrealistic comparisons."

After learning to love herself, Iskra explained that she also removed negative words from her life, including "cellulite."

She told the magazine, "If you can get rid of that negative terminology or embrace it, it’s going to make you feel better."

She spoke about retouching during photo shoots, and how an early experience opened her eyes.

“A team of people decided these things made me more beautiful," Iskra explained, adding, "But these were things I couldn’t achieve. I never realized the impact it had on me, but I then thought about the impact it had on everyone consuming these images. It can be so damaging for your mental health and body image."

After cooling off in the waters, Iskra returned to land and made contact with some fans, who went nuts when they saw the model.

She graciously offered up hugs and struck up a conversation with the girls.
