Responding to Channing's denial of Jenna's claims outlined in her recent Request For Order, her representative conveyed a pointed rebuttal to ET, questioning Channing's characterization of Jenna as a "liar."

The statement raised the issue of an asset allegedly taken by Channing, framing it as a violation of California family law and suggesting that Jenna's actions were aimed at rectifying this perceived injustice.

"These latest smears and falsehoods are really just more of the same bullying and gaslighting Jenna has been subjected to for years," the statement read. "Regardless of whether Channing chooses to do the right thing, Jenna is confident that the law and the facts are on her side and she hopes this will soon come to a proper and honest conclusion."

The legal conflict has intensified as Channing pushes back against Jenna's pursuit of a larger share of the profits generated by his highly successful "Magic Mike" franchise, encompassing both movies and live performances, which have reportedly reached billion-dollar status. Despite their split occurring six years ago, Jenna alleges that Channing, in collaboration with others, orchestrated a covert scheme to conceal earnings from the lucrative venture, which originated during their marriage.

In recently uncovered court filings obtained by DailyMail, Channing vehemently refutes these claims, asserting, "I have always agreed for her to have an interest in the Magic Mike intellectual property and related entities."
