Steve-O, born Stephen Glover, has reportedly put his Hollywood abode on the market for a bargain fee of $1.799 million. He is ditching Hollywood for a simpler life in Tennessee.

The TV personality recently uploaded a video on his YouTube channel where he talked about getting a new ranch in Tennessee and mentioned that he decided to leave L.A. because of its heavier tax rules.

Steve-O's Hollywood Hills home is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom sanctuary with a skate ramp and goat barn. Before being placed on the market, the rooms reportedly underwent a facelift to make them more appealing to potential buyers.

Listing agent Cesar Melendrez from Jason Mitchell Real Estate is in charge of selling the 2,398-square-foot property, which is said to be located right near the Hollywood sign.

"It's been an honor to see Steve-O's growth as a person, this move represents him starting a new life with his fiancé and his passion for creating an animal sanctuary," Melendrez told TMZ.

Steve-O's New Home Is More Palatial

In his YouTube video, the prankster smiled as he gushed about his new Tennessee home, which is notably spacier and more sprawling than his former Hollywood home.

For his relocation to the southeastern state, Steve-O was joined by his fiancée, Lux Wright, to whom he got engaged in 2018. Together, they share four goats, two pigs, two dogs, and four cats.

"Everything is an upgrade. Our goats have a brand new barn, a dope new pen, and we decided to let them out of the pen and just hang out on the property," Steve-O said to the camera.

He went on to reveal that his animal caretaker, Daniel, also joined them in making the move, likening him to someone who "gets things done quickly."

"I love our life on the ranch so much that I never want to leave," he continued."The only thing about the radical ranch, which has not been upgraded, is our video production room."

According to the DailyMail, Steve-O and his partner, Wright, marked their move to Tennessee by switching up their bedroom with a new mattress and bed set.

He and his fiancée also used the furniture and decorations from the L.A. home, fixing them in the guest room of their Tennessee mansion.

"Now, we transfer all of the footage to our top-secret new location in California," the 49-year-old said.
