According to a former staffer who spoke to People Magazine, William felt frustrated by the social media frenzy amid speculation over Kate's health earlier this year.

At the time, online conspiracy theories emerged questioning the princess' well-being following her abdominal surgery in January and the Palace's announcement of her withdrawal from public duties.

The former staffer claimed that William felt "upset and angry" about the rumors but managed to "compartmentalize" his emotions.

The mother of three later responded to the claims, acknowledging that she edited the photos and apologizing for any confusion caused. On March 22, she announced in a video that post-operative tests confirmed cancer, leading to chemotherapy.

In addition to his wife's health concerns, William has faced many obstacles this year, juggling his father, King Charles' cancer diagnosis as he grapples with supporting both his wife and children while also fulfilling his leadership responsibilities within the monarchy.

A royal insider remarked, "Whether you're a prince or a pauper, no one would expect anything like this with his father and his wife both being treated for cancer. William is digging deep."

Despite these immense challenges, the Prince of Wales remains resilient and committed to his role. According to royal biographer Ingrid Seward, "For William, everything hinges on Kate's well-being."

Another insider who spoke to the outlet revealed that amid their 13-year marriage, William and Kate's dedication to prioritizing family has become increasingly important, stating: "William is prioritizing giving her all the time she needs to get better and the support, particularly to the children."
