Donald Trump Allegedly Told Stormy Daniels He And Melania 'Did Not Even Sleep In The Same Room'

Today in the Manhattan criminal court, Stormy Daniels testified in Donald Trump's hush money trial. The trial revolves around a $130,000 payment to Daniels before the 2016 election to conceal an alleged 2006 sexual encounter.

Daniels talked about her initial meeting with Trump at a golf tournament during her testimony. She described their dinner at Lake Tahoe, including Trump's attire and the conversation they had. Daniels also disclosed details of their intercourse and Trump's dismissive comment about his wife, Melania.

Trump's hush money trial resumed today with former adult film star Stormy Daniels taking the stand. The hush money agreement forms the crux of the criminal case against the former president, who faces 34 felony counts for allegedly falsified records to conceal the payment.

During her testimony, Daniels disclosed that she was 27 when she first encountered Trump in 2006 at Lake Tahoe during a celebrity golf tournament. As reported by courtroom journalists, Daniels mentioned representing Wicked Pictures, the company she worked for at the time, which sponsored a hole in the course.

According to YahooNews, she recounted being introduced to Trump by the owner of the adult film studio, who mentioned Daniels' role as a director.

Trump's response was noted as, "Oh, you direct too? You must be the smart one." Additionally, Daniels confirmed she had never watched "The Apprentice" but was familiar with Trump's television appearances. She also verified her recognition in a photo captured at the 2006 golf tournament.

Daniels then recalled an encounter at the golf tournament where Trump's bodyguard, Keith Schiller, approached her, relaying the billionaire mogul's interest in dining together. Daniels said she swiftly declined with an emphatic "Eff no."

However, despite her initial reluctance due to a conflicting work dinner, Daniels revealed that her publicist persuaded her to accept Trump's invitation instead.

She noted the publicist's nonchalant remark: "What could possibly go wrong?"

Daniels recounted informing a friend about her dinner plans with Trump before heading to his suite at the Harrah's hotel in Lake Tahoe back in 2006.

The 45-year-old vividly described the luxurious penthouse suite to the courtroom attendees. Daniels noted that Trump was wearing a "silk or satin" pajamas upon her arrival.

She added that she politely requested he change into more appropriate clothing. Upon his return in a dress shirt, they engaged in conversation at the dining room table, delving into topics such as her upbringing and career aspirations.

Daniels recounted Trump likening her to his daughter Ivanka during a 2006 dinner. "You remind me of my daughter because she is smart and blonde and beautiful, and people underestimate her as well," she recalled.

The comment was made in discussions about her potential appearance on NBC's "The Apprentice," which never materialized.

According to CNN, Daniels revealed that she and Trump engaged in intercourse without using condoms, as she told him she had not tested positive for any sexually transmitted infections.

Interestingly, the adult film company Daniels was affiliated with at the time mandated condom use for all actors despite her latex allergy.

She shared: "At the time, you had to be tested every 30 days. Even when I worked with my husband, I had to use a condom, even though I'm allergic to condoms, latex."

During her testimony, Trump, who has previously denied any sexual involvement with the adult film star, shook his head in disagreement as Daniels mentioned that she asked about his wife, Melania, while they were having dinner.

She recalled Trump's dismissive remark telling her not to worry because the two did not "even sleep in the same room."

The former adult film star stated in court today that Trump was the beneficiary of the non-disclosure agreement she was told to sign.

Daniels alleged Trump and his former lawyer, Cohen, told her then-publicist Gina Rodriguez that they were interested in buying her story for $130,000 after the infamous Access Hollywood tape was released.

According to CNN, Daniels said the offer was "the best thing that could've happened" to her at the time "because then [she'd] be safe and the story wouldn't come out."

Noting that she was afraid for her safety following an alleged threat made by a guy in June 2011, Daniels wanted the deal to close as soon as possible.

She added that she "didn't care about the amount" and her finances were "the best it's ever been" at the time.

In a now-deleted post on Truth Social, Trump raged about being informed who the potential witness would be, lamenting that his lawyers didn't have time to prepare.

"This is unprecedented," he shared before deleting the post, per the DailyMail. "No Judge has ever run a trial in such a biased and partisan way. He is CROOKED & HIGHLY CONFLICTED, even taking away my First Amendment Rights."

Trump added, "Now he's threatening me with JAIL, & THEY HAVE NO CASE - This according to virtually all Legal Scholars & Experts! Why isn't the Fake News Media reporting his Conflict?"
