Sofia Vergara’s ex-fiancé, Nick Loeb, is demanding she pay him $120,000 for attorney fees in his never-ending battle with the actress.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Loeb has gone back to court asking a judge to award him $117,590.87 in attorney fees, plus $2,959.26 in costs in their court battle.

Vergara and Loeb have been battling in court for years over frozen embryos. Loeb has filed numerous lawsuits against the “Modern Family” star (and she filed one herself), all of which are seeking to bring the embryos to life.

Loeb and Vergara dated for several years but split in 2014. Vergara has refused to give him consent over the embryos and the two have been battling ever since.

Loeb even wrote an op-ed in the NY Times saying, "When we create embryos for the purpose of life, should we not define them as life, rather than as property? Does one person’s desire to avoid biological parenthood (free of any legal obligations) outweigh another’s religious beliefs in the sanctity of life and desire to be a parent? A woman is entitled to bring a pregnancy to term even if the man objects. Shouldn’t a man who is willing to take on all parental responsibilities be similarly entitled to bring his embryos to term even if the woman objects? These are issues that, unlike abortion, have nothing to do with the rights over one’s own body, and everything to do with a parent’s right to protect the life of his or her unborn child."

Loeb recently scored a very small victory in the case she brought against him, when he got her claim of malicious prosecution dismissed. As a result of the victory, he believes he is entitled to $117,590.

Vergara has yet to respond to her ex’s motion seeking attorney fees.
