Fashion’s biggest night has officially kicked off, and the A-List celebrities have arrived at the 2024 Met Gala to celebrate “The Garden of Time.”

This year, the Gala is taking place at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, and celebrities will be dressed according to its theme, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.” The dress code is “The Garden of Time.”

Some of this year’s co-chairs — Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth — have already arrived at the red carpet, and all look stunning. See who else showed up at the big event and what they wore.

2024 Met Gala’s Stunning ‘Red’ Carpet

This year’s Met Gala red carpet isn’t actually red, as its colors coincide with the “Garden of Time” theme.

Bad Bunny

The rapper is seemingly referencing Count Axel from the ‘Garden Of Time’ short story, which is the basis for this year’s Met Gala. Bad Bunny wore a Maison Margiela suit with a splash of red.

Emma Chamberlain

The social media personality, YouTuber, and podcaster is wearing a custom Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2003 Couture.

Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth

The couple opted for a gold and cream color scheme at the 2024 Met Gala. As Pataky stunned in a gold glitter gown, Hemsworth wore a neutral Tom Ford suit.

Zendaya

‘Euphoria’ actress and 2024 Met Gala co-chair Zendaya wore a custom-made Maison Margiela John Galliano dress with hand-painted metallic crinkles and shades of green, purple and blue. It also resembles Christian Dior’s SS99 couture.

Doja Cat arrived at the 2024 Met Gala in nothing but a towel.

The ‘Wednesday’ actress modeled a ‘Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion’ look at the 2024 Met Gala. Her custom Maison Margiela was made of red velvet and complete with a black tulle cape.

The ‘Glee’ actress wasn’t afraid to hide her baby bump in her stunning pastel blue gown.

Ariana Grande

Kris Jenner

Francesco Carrozzini and Bee Carrozzini

Bee Carrozzini opted for a black-and-white lace look for this year’s Met Gala, while Francesco Carrozzini wore a traditional black tux.

Rita Ora

Matt Damon And Luciana Damon

The couple stepped out in black and white for their 2024 Met Gala date night. They both wore Christian Dior.

Steven Yeun

The ‘Walking Dead’ actor wore a three-piece Thom Browne suit.

Jennifer Lopez

The Met Gala co-chair wore a glittery custom Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown, complete with over 2 million silver foil beads. According to PEOPLE, it took over 800 hours of hand embroidery to make.

Earlier this week, the singer appeared on ‘Good Morning America’ where she said the Met Gala is special because “it’s such an interesting mix of artists and business people. It’s not just music or film, it’s everybody — fashion, film, music, business — and you get to have some really interesting interactions.”

Lily James

Lily James stunned in a pale pink Erdem dress adorned with black roses. Its long trail left fans’ jaws on the floor.

Ashley Graham

Supermodel Ashley Graham wore a fitted black corset Ludovic de Saint Sernin gown made with metal and Swarovski crystals. Graham previously explained that each piece of metal and crystal was hand-placed, and the gown took 500 hours to make.

“This dress is a true work of art, each piece of metal and Swarovski crystal was meticulously hand placed; 500 hours of hand work went into this extraordinary gown — they understood the assignment,” she said.
