In the papers filed in the county of Los Angeles, the ex-girlfriend claimed they used to be a couple and even lived together at some point during their relationship.

The plaintiff alleged that Wolfe physically abused her by crushing her finger last year. Noting that nobody witnessed the incident, she stated that the abuse led her to “fear for my safety and possessions.”

Besides wanting him to stay far away from her, the ex-girlfriend is asking the court to order Wolfe to pay her $1,500 for “expenses caused by the abuse,” partially pay for lawyer’s fees and costs, and to enter into the 52-week batterer intervention program.

She also noted that Wolfe struggles with bipolar disorder and refuses medication while also battling alcoholism.

Inside The Alleged Abusive Cycle

Going into details about the attacks, the plaintiff shared that she and Wolfe argued on April 2, 2024, during which he said he wanted her to leave their property. Instead of leaving, she went into their bedroom and locked the door, prompting her ex-boyfriend to bang “on the door so violently that the door cracked.”

When she opened the door to prevent further damage, Wolfe allegedly went to the closet, threw out her clothes, and broke the closet bar.

Another abusive episode allegedly happened the following night while she was sleeping in their bedroom after taking prescribed sleeping pills. The petitioner claimed that Wolfe “came into the room and started screaming at me.”

“He started slamming on the wall and making noise in order to keep me awake and scared,” she added before asserting that “incidents like this happen weekly.”

Additionally, the ex-girlfriend stated she and Wolfe had another argument in November 2023 about whether or not to keep her pregnancy. She recalled that when Wolfe left to go into another room, and she tried following, he “intentionally slammed the door on my hand, crushing my finger.”

Since he did not want a child, Idol’s son would later “order pills for me to terminate the pregnancy.” According to the displeased ex-girlfriend, her refusal to take the pills resulted in Wolfe threatening to put her in an apartment and “never see me or the baby again.” She eventually took the pills which ended the pregnancy.

Temporary Restraining Order Granted Against Billy Idol's Son

The woman’s request for a temporary restraining order was granted on April 8, with the court ordering Wolfe to stay away from her, her home, workplace, and vehicle.

Wolfe is expected to stay 100 yards from her, alongside being prohibited from “harassing, attacking, striking, threatening, assaulting, stalking, molesting, destroying personal property, keeping under surveillance, or impersonating” her.

He was also warned against using coercive control, which includes isolating his ex from support networks, withholding basic needs like food, controlling her movements, and using force, threats, or intimidation to compel certain actions.

Billy Idol Has Been On Grandaddy Duties

Prior to Wolfe’s legal troubles, Idol had the time of his life with another of his sons, Brant’s kids. The singer-songwriter effused about the moment in a September 2023 Instagram post, which he captioned:

"Lovely family visit from my Long Island grandchildren Mason and McKenzie yesterday. I had lots of fun!"

The fun continued the next night when Idol highlighted that Brant and McKenzie visited him during his performance at King's Theatre in Brooklyn.

Underneath a sweet picture with the tot, he typed, "Had a lovely visit from my granddaughter McKenzie backstage at the King's Theatre yesterday… also with my son @brant_northridge_broad … also McKenzie started school recently."
