The public has taken to social media to blame Gypsy Rose Blanchard for her separation from Ryan Anderson.
As you know, the ex-convict, who married Ryan in a prison ceremony in July 2022, announced she had moved in with her dad after she and her estranged husband decided to go separate ways.
The news came just three months after Gypsy Rose was released on parole in December 2023.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson Announce Separation
Last week, Gypsy Rose dropped a bombshell when she announced she and Ryan had separated.
“People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents’ home down the bayou,” she shared. “I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now, I need time to let myself find… who I am.”
Days after the announcement, Ryan shared a video on social media, claiming, "Ya'll will see what really happened on Lifetime. We were filming a lot, so stay tuned for that." It seems as though Ryan was indicating that the recent reports accusing him of being violent or abusive are not true.
Fans Claim: ‘So We All Agree Gypsy Was The Problem, Right?’
A now viral TikTok has blamed Gypsy Rose for being the reason she and Ryan separated.
In the clip, viewers can see Ryan discussing his life plans with Gypsy after she was released, including the fact that he planned to take off work for two to three weeks “to get her fully adjusted.”
After watching the snippet, TikTok users immediately jumped on board and agreed that Gypsy Rose “used” Ryan and accused her of being “evil.”
“That man really loved her, and she knew that!” one user wrote, adding, “She used him just exactly how she used Nick to murder Dee Dee. She got what she wanted & now is with the ex-fiancé. She’s evil!”
While many are speculating Gypsy and her ex, Ken, have rekindled their romance, the two addressed the rumors last week, claiming they are just friends and there is nothing intimate going on.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Accused Of Using Ryan Anderson
The comments continued to pour in, as one social media user accused Gypsy of “ALWAYS” being the problem.” “This man stopped his life for her!” they said, “He deserves better.”
Another echoed, “Gypsy used him; that's not cool. He's not the problem.”
“Gypsy's mom was using her for attention, that was obvious there's video footage of them, but she is twisted most definitely. Jail doesn't reform people,” another TikToker claimed.
The comments kept coming as one user accused, “She needed a place to go to, she probably didn't want to go to the halfway house. She used him, she had this plan.”
Others Defend Gypsy Rose Blanchard
The comments section wasn’t filled with only hate messages, as many stood behind Gypsy and backed her up.
“I think, just because Gypsy’s mom was that way, doesn't mean Gypsy herself was a saint or well upstairs, and it also doesn't mean it didn't take two to end this relationship. We don't know this dude,” one user expressed.
Another wrote, “I think Gypsy needs therapy because she’s been through a lot.”
As you know, multiple experts have stated that Dee Dee likely suffered from Munchausen syndrome by proxy, which is a psychological disorder in which a caretaker makes someone sick or gives the illusion of being ill in order to garner attention.
Since Gypsy was a baby, Dee Dee had convinced doctors that her daughter suffered from a series of illnesses such as asthma, visual impairment, leukemia, and muscular dystrophy, and manipulated them into unnecessary surgeries and treatments.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Talks Therapy And Coping
Of course, as one may suspect, living the childhood that Gypsy did can cause trauma. She was also placed behind bars for her involvement in the murder of her mother.
Over the last few years, Gypsy has learned to cope with her past. “I keep to the same thing that I’ve always done,” she told Forbes. “If I feel overwhelmed at any point, I will listen to music. That’s how I release the anxiety. I will close myself off in a room, or be in a closed space, put on my headphones, and I’ll journal for a little bit or lay back in my bed and decompress while listening to any song I feel like is relatable at that moment.”
Concluding, “That’s how I relax and stay mentally sane.”
