Kaley Cuoco Stuns Lifting Her Workout Shirt

Kaley Cuoco channeled her inner workout girl in these photos, ones shared to a dedicated Instagram fan account in mid-March. Showing off her funky sense of style as she rocked printed leggings and a workout tank from popular brand Gold Sheep, the 38-year-old actress flaunted her stunning figure in snaps taken long before she became a mother, although 2023 onwards has hardly seen The Big Bang Theory star slip in the fitness department. Smiling in the outdoor snaps, Kaley took a break from her training session, even lifting her shirt a little in one of the photos.

Scroll for the photos. Grinning from an outdoor path and standing amid lawns, Kaley flaunted her super-fit figure in a checkered pair of spandex leggings in dark gray, silver, and red. Making eyes pop with her loud-printed pants, the sitcom star stuck to basic white for her loose-fitting workout tank, but there was some glam from gold lettering on the front. Rocking the Gold Sheep logo in yet another look featuring the sportswear brand, Kaley smiled as she placed both hands to her hips in one image, then flashing her abs in the other.

Using one hand to gently lift her shirt, Kaley peeped her steely-strong torso, one she's maintained since the March 2023 arrival of daughter Matilda. "Love that outfit . Fit for a queen," one user replied. "Seeing That Smile! Always makes the Day Better," another wrote. Kaley was a workout queen before her pregnancy, and she's kept it up since becoming a mom. Fans don't get much gym action on Kaley's Instagram, but trainer Ryan Sorensen makes sure to drop the occasional video from Kaley's $12 million Hidden Hills mansion.

Fans melted over this video as Kaley was put through her paces by Ryan. Rocking leggings for an intensive indoor workout, Kaley upped her heart rate as she kept her muscles toned, but it was the "special guest" in the caption that made headlines. Kaley had, indeed, brought little Matilda along to join her.

"No excuses, always find a way to get it done. If you have a goal your striving for get the job done. Make the sacrifices, hold yourself accountable, be disciplined and most importantly have fun with it. Result will come! Special guest," Ryan wrote with a laughing emoji.

A tender moment at the end saw Kaley pause her workout to tend to her cooing little munchkin. "Ryan do have a book or website or something for training programs for women??? I love how KC is always doing something different!" one fan replied.

Kaley and boyfriend Tom Pelphrey recently celebrated Matilda's first birthday. Actor Tom is Matilda's father and Kaley has even admitted that it was "love at first sight" with the Ozark star!
