Rapper Kanye West is facing a scathing lawsuit after a former Yeezy employee accused him of acting inappropriately in front of employees and colleagues.
According to the ex-employee, West showed off lewd images of a female friend to his Yeezy staff and once acted like he was sexually gratifying himself during a meeting.
Kanye West Allegedly Flaunted Lewd Images Of A Female Friend To Employees
In the lawsuit, the ex-employee, Trevor Phillips, claims that the Yeezy founder showed staff members photos of one of his female friends in her underwear and even performed a mock self-gratification in front of him once at a meeting at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, California.
According to Page Six, Phillips claims that on arriving at the hotel, West was spouting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and praising Adolf Hitler.
He then attempted to change the conversation by commenting about how "pretty" actress Zoe Kravitz was, as she was on TV at that moment. This comment caused West to tell Phillips that he "looks like Kravitz."
West allegedly tried to clarify his statement, saying, "Yeah you look like her… But, not like that. You are handsome like in a Lenny Kravitz type of way," however, the comments still caused the then-employee "discomfort."
"Just a few moments later while lying flat on the bed and staring up at the ceiling, Kanye began to make slow up and down motions with his hand just above his genitals – as though he was m--------," Phillips alleged in the lawsuit.
Kanye West Allegedly Gloated About Having 'Orgies Every Day'
According to the former Yeezy employee, after West simulated self-gratification, he then proceeded to brag about how he used to have multiple orgies with women every day, and because of that, he could no longer lie down without touching himself.
"I used to have orgies every day – at least two-to-three girls. And now, man, I can't even lay down without jacking off," West allegedly said.
The lawsuit further claims that West "forcefully and dramatically" grabbed and pulled one of his hands, "making the masturbatory gestures away from his crotch."
"I got to keep my hand away from my phone to keep me away from looking at pornos," West allegedly stated amid the act, according to Phillips, who was "totally shocked and distraught" by what allegedly occurred in front of him.
The Rapper Allegedly FaceTimed A Female Friend Demanding She Wear 'Lingerie'
Phillips claims that West then proceeded to FaceTime the female friend whose lewd photos he had previously shown his staff, saying: "Next time I see you, you better make sure you are wearing the lingerie and the shoes I got you."
This allegedly caused the then-employee to feel "troubled and uncomfortable" again. West's alleged inappropriate moment was eventually "interrupted" by the Nobu hotel staff.
According to Phillips, he remained in the hotel until 1 a.m. because he "felt a duty to his schoolchildren,
including his younger brother and also daughter who both attended Donda Academy, not only to educate them but also now insulate them."
Trevor Phillips Claims Kanye West Wanted Kids At His School Locked In Cages
As we previously reported, the former Yeezy employee accused West of "severe discrimination, harassment, and retaliation" during his time with the rapper's clothing company. Phillips also had responsibilities tied to West's private Christian school, Donda Academy.
In the legal filing, he claimed that West "proudly" shared his anti-Semitic conspiracy theories in front of the staff and students and once expressed his desire to "shave" the heads of some kids and his intention "to put a jail at the school."
Additionally, Phillips claimed that in December 2022, during a dinner with West at Nobu Malibu, the "All of The Lights" rapper made derogatory remarks about Jews, calling them "miserly" and even going so far as to call Adolf Hitler "an innovator." West also allegedly deemed the Holocaust "fake."
Kanye West Allegedly Threatened To Attack LGBTQ People
Phillips alleged that West had a knack for engaging in "incessant inappropriate conduct" and flaunting his "apparent arousal."
"What was meant to be a meeting with his boss about Donda Academy, its curriculum and horticulture, ended up being antisemitic and bigoted soliloquy-topped off with sexual harassment," the lawsuit stated.
The ex-employee further claimed that West threatened to attack the LGBTQ community and that the "Love Lockdown" rapper said Bill Gates "controls" gay people.
"Yeah, I'm going for the gays! FIRST the Jews, THEN the gays!" West allegedly said.
Phillips also accused West of mistreating Black employees, saying that he treated them "palpably worse than White employees" and that he allegedly gave a Black campus security guard a "command" to "shave his dreads" or risk losing his job.
