According to court documents obtained by The Blast, former Yeezy employee Trevor Phillips accused West of "severe discrimination, harassment, and retaliation" during his time with the famous rapper's clothing company. Phillips also had responsibilities tied to West's private Christian school, Donda Academy.

In the legal filing, the former employee claims that West “proudly” shared his anti-Semitic conspiracy theories in front of the staff and students and once expressed his desire to "shave" the heads of some kids and his intention “to put a jail at the school."

The disgruntled ex-employee is suing West for a variety of issues, including hostile work environment, harassment, and discrimination.

In a bombshell New York Times report from last year, West was accused of anti-Semitic actions during his first ever meeting with Adidas. During The Meeting, the rapper allegedly drew a swastika to convey his frustrations with the employees' designs.

The report read, "The Adidas employees, thrilled to get started, had arrayed sneakers and fabric swatches on a long table near a mood board pinned with images. But nothing they showed that day at the company's German headquarters captured the vision Mr. West had shared."

"To convey how offensive he considered the designs, he grabbed a sketch of a shoe and took a marker to the toe. Then he drew a swastika," it continued.

His alleged action shocked the employees as they were "meeting just miles from Nuremberg, where leaders of the Third Reich were tried for crimes against humanity."

According to the report, this action by West was only the beginning of 10 years of him consistently exhibiting anti-Semitic remarks in meetings and interactions with Adidas employees.

Prior to this recent lawsuit, West tendered an apology to the Jewish community in Hebrew. The move came shortly before the release of his album, "Vultures 1," which made many question the rapper's intentions with the apology.

"I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any 'unintended outburst.' I did not intend to hurt or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused," West wrote in a since-deleted post on Instagram.

He added, "I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity."
