Gypsy Rose Blanchard Addresses Whether OnlyFans Account Is Real Or Fake
By Kelly Coffey-Behrens on April 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM EDT
Gypsy Rose Blanchardhas spoken out about the OnlyFans account that surfaced days after she announced her split from estranged husband Ryan Anderson.
As you know, OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform that allows creators to earn money from users who subscribe to their content. It is particularly popular among those who produce adult content -- so when Gypsy's name popped up on the website, everyone went into a frenzy.
Days after the account surfaced, Gypsy Rose addressed the profile.
Does Gypsy Rose Blanchard Have An OnlyFans?
As you know, the ex-convict, who was placed behind bars for her connection in her mother's murder, married Ryan in a prison wedding in the summer of 2022 -- However, just months after Gypsy got out on parole, the two have split.
Shortly after the separation news broke, an OnlyFans account showed up with Gypsy's name and profile picture, however, as we previously reported, we found claims that this is a fake account. And now, we are hearing that from Gypsy herself.
"I do not have an OnlyFans," Gypsy said in a new video. "Whatever is going around with OnlyFans, that's not me. I would never do that."
She did not elaborate more than that, however, it does seem to line up with previous reports that claimed that Gypsy would never sign up for an OF because she has respect for herself. She is also reportedly financially set, so she doesn't need any extra cash at the moment.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Separates From Ryan Anderson
Although Gypsy Rose Blanchard deleted her social media accounts, reportedly at her parole officer's request, a statement from her private Facebook account was leaked, revealing that she and her husband, Ryan Anderson, had separated.
While she did not mention a reason behind this decision, reports have seemingly blamed Ryan for being "jealous" and "argumentative." He also apparently guilt-tripped her in many ways. Gypsy nor Ryan have yet to comment on these claims.
Questions may be answered as Lifetime revealed there is "more" to Gypsy's story as her journey after prison, "including her relationship with Ryan," will be told in 'Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up', debuting this June.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Ghosts Fans
The sudden deletion of her social media pages was allegedly "at the advisement of her parole officer, so she won’t get in trouble and go back to jail," per sources who spoke to PEOPLE.
Following her internet disappearance, she released a public apology:
"Number one, to all the people that I offended with a lack of accountability, the first month or so that I was out of prison and the lack of accountability in my interviews, I'm sorry. I'm learning. I take accountability for my part, and I'm saying this right now. I'm taking accountability. I did a bad thing."
She went on to say, "Let my actions match my words. And we'll go from there. I definitely have a good support system. And I think I'm just now starting to get around to listening to my inner self instead of all the noise that's been on social media. So with that being said, thank you so much for watching and hearing me out."
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Seemingly On The Road To Redemption
For those who do not know, Gypsy Rose was placed behind bars for her involvement in her mother's, Dee Dee Blanchard, murder. The now 32-year-old is believed to be a victim of Munchausen syndrome by proxy, which is when a caregiver, often a parent, fabricates or induces illness in someone under their care to gain attention or sympathy.
Dee Dee mom had convinced many people, including medical professionals, that Gypsy suffered from a variety of severe illnesses. Some of these included muscular dystrophy, leukemia, and epilepsy, which resulted in her "needing a wheelchair."
Gypsy underwent unnecessary medical procedures and treatments, including surgeries and medications, throughout her life.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Sentenced To Prison
In 2015, Gypsy helped plot the murder of her mother with the help of her then-boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn. Godejohn stabbed Dee Dee to death in her home. He was later sentenced to life in prison without the eligibility of parole.
Gypsy Rose was sentenced to 10 years in prison. After serving 85% of her sentence, she was released in December 2023 on parole. Ever since, she has gained a massive following.
