A verified account with Gypsy Rose's name and photo has surfaced, charging people $50/month for content. While the account is verified, prompting people to think it's real, The Blast has found claims that this is a fake account.

According to an online forum, a creator who was already verified changed her picture and name to make people believe it was Gypsy. People paid for it but outed the creator when they realized it was a scam.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has not commented on the OnlyFans account using her name, but it comes after the ex-convict deleted her social media accounts. She now has private Instagram and Facebook profiles.

She released a public apology for ghosting her fans. "Number one, to all the people that I offended with a lack of accountability, the first month or so that I was out of prison and the lack of accountability in my interviews, I'm sorry," she said, adding, "I'm learning. I take accountability for my part, and I'm saying this right now. I'm taking accountability. I did a bad thing."

"Let my actions match my words. And we'll go from there," Blanchard added. "I definitely have a good support system. And I think I'm just now starting to get around to listening to my inner self instead of all the noise that's been on social media. So with that being said, thank you so much for watching and hearing me out."

He gave me some guidance that I feel like I really need. And that guidance was to show me that real life is something you can touch, something you can feel. People you can actually hug.”

However, it was later revealed that her social media deletion "was at the advisement of her parole officer, so she won’t get in trouble and go back to jail," per sources who spoke to PEOPLE.

The 32-year-old served 85% of her 10-year sentence for pleading guilty to the second-degree murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. She was released from prison in December 2023.

Ever since she got out, Lifetime has documented her life, including her relationship with Ryan Anderson.

"Gypsy Rose Blanchard has openly shared her life with Lifetime and our cameras from the moment she was paroled," Lifetime recently shared. "Her story, including her relationship with Ryan, will continue to unfold on 'Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up', debuting this June on Lifetime."

Lifetime also released 'Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard', which focused on the childhood abuse Gypsy endured from her mother, who claimed she had several illnesses and diseases that she never had. She convinced doctors to perform unneeded surgeries and to prescribe medication that was not necessary.

Dee Dee went as far as claiming Gypsy was paralyzed from the waist down, resulting in her “needing a wheelchair” for mobility, and that she “needed a feeding tube."
