Janelle Brown is not backing down from those who tried to ruin an emotional and intimate moment with unsolicited comments.
The "Sister Wives" star is still grieving the loss of her son, Garrison, who died from an apparent suicide in March. However, her pain did not stop others from making "snarky" remarks about his celebration of life ceremony.

Over the weekend, Janelle shared a carousel of images depicting moments from her late son's celebration of life ceremony. The United States National Guard paid tribute to Garrison, a member of their unit, with the folding of an American flag.
The honorary military presentation showed multiple service members paying tribute to Janelle's son inside and outside the ceremony venue. Some National Guard members outside the event held guns as they stood at attention.
Naturally, this was an emotional event that had the matriarch overcome with emotions in one slide. She broke down as she received the folded flag in honor of her late son.
Tearing up by her side was her family, including her ex-husband Kody and his only remaining wife, Robyn, at the end of the row.
Janelle Brown Slammed Critics With Grace

Because the event occurred earlier, pictures from the ceremony had been leaked online, and many took offense to the Brown family's sitting arrangement. As stated, Kody sat next to his only remaining wife instead of Janelle — a crime in the eyes of displeased fans.
These upset individuals aired their grievances on social media, something Janelle didn't enjoy. She slammed the critics with a classy retort, concluding her lengthy caption with the words that read:
"I am sharing some of the photos. Many of you have already seen a lot of these online, often with snarky comments accompanying them. But this was a beautiful moment for us."
The Grieving Mother Remains Grateful

Janelle captioned the emotional carousel with a lengthy message about gratitude, expressing her appreciation for those who sympathized with her loss. She began:
"It's been hard to get my brain to work properly again. I am so grateful for the outpouring of love and support I've received these last three weeks."
The grieving mother continued writing, "The support has been overwhelming. I am honored. So many of you shared stories of your loved ones. So many of you wrote of your thoughts and prayers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
Although she shared pictures from her late son's celebration of life ceremony over the weekend, Janelle noted the event occurred last Sunday. She added that Garrison "would have loved it" with the Brown family and the U.S. National Guard in attendance.

The reality TV star's emotional post touched the hearts of her followers, who vehemently clapped back at every "snarky" commenter. One IG user didn't get the memo, writing, "Poor Kody. He looks utterly shattered. I'm so sorry. I hope you and the family will be ok."
The individual's comment sparked severe backlash, with one fan imploring them to "stfu" if they had nothing helpful to say. Part of the displeased user's message read:
"This IS the definition of snarky. Janelle is grieving the death of her son; she is in pieces, and yet some 'fans' choose to come to her comment section and bring this s— up. It's beyond ridiculous and the absolute worst timing."
Another supporter declared: "For every snarky comment, there are many, MANY more people praying that your beautiful family finds peace." A third added:
"Whether you like them, watch them, don't like them, every single member of the family deserves respect. If you can't be kind, don't be directly mean!"

Last month, an animal shelter in Garrison's hometown of Flagstaff announced their plans to honor Janelle's late son. Fans of "Sister Wives" may recall the deceased was a huge animal lover and an even bigger cat rescuer.
Because of his love for animals, Garrison's death sparked numerous donations to the animal shelters in his memory. One of the recipients of fans' goodwill was the High Country Humane, which received almost $13k in donations.
"Today, we remember and celebrate the life of Garrison, a friend and an extraordinary cat lover, whose kindness touched the lives of all who knew him, both two and four-legged," the animal shelter wrote on Instagram.
As for their homage to Janelle's late son, they planned to sponsor "all cat adoptions for the rest of the month of March, and naming our Cat Adoption Room in honor of Garrison and his 3 cats, Catthew, Patches, and Ms. Buttons."
