Kim Zolciak is doubling down on her stance to keep her divorce from Kroy Biermann private, even if he has other ideas.

It is no secret that fans have been scooping up every detail about the duo's contentious separation, something the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum blames on her estranged husband.

Now, new court documents obtained by The Blast show Zolciak is ensuring that no information about their split gets leaked to the media.

The documents filed at the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia on Friday, March 29, were Zolciak's response to Biermann's motion to compel discovery. This is a legal action that asks the court to enforce a request for information relevant to a case.

In this case, Biermann is requesting the court to order Zolciak to produce some documentation or information relating to their divorce — an action she refuses to do until the privacy of the separation proceedings has been guaranteed.

The former Bravolebrity stressed that the duo's divorce has received "intense attention from the media" and claimed their private information has been shared on multiple social media accounts plus various media outlets.

Given the lack of privacy, Zolciak stated that she entered into a consent order in good faith, which would provide protection to anyone related to the divorce case. She filed the Expedited Motion for Protection Order on February 5, 2024, but she is still waiting for the court's ruling.

In her response to Biermann's motion to compel discovery, the 45-year-old stressed that she is able and willing to provide the necessary information once the court ensures that she, her children, and those related to the divorce case have their privacy.

Last month, Zolciak aired her concerns about the media's access to the divorce proceedings in court documents. She noted the press had covered every juncture in the ongoing case, having access to information that should usually be restricted.

These sensitive details included embarrassing information about her and Biermann, which she never wanted fans to read but is being leaked anyway. According to Zolciak, her estranged husband was the mastermind behind the leaks.

She claimed she tried to get his approval to stop the press's attention; however, Biermann rejected her proposal to get the confidentiality order, making her suspect he was the one leaking information to the media.

Because of her suspicions, Zolciak filed a request for a protection order. If the court-ordered discretion is implemented, she can prevent information about specific names and financial records from becoming public records.

Before slamming her estranged husband as the culprit behind the information leaks, Zolciak levied severe allegations against Biermann. She accused him of stealing "hundreds of thousands of dollars" worth of her personal items amid their contentious divorce.

Earlier in January, she visited the police with an unidentified female friend to officially report the alleged theft of her expensive jewelry and purses by the former football player. Weeks later, an insider claimed her belongings were still unaccounted for.

Zolciak's belongings disappeared in May 2023, and bodycam footage captured her informing the police about her dilemma. In the video, she said, "I've asked for them back, and he won't give them back."

The 45-year-old claimed that Biermann kept the expensive items in a safe in their master bedroom; however, she had no access to it for a while. Therefore, she called authorities to their residence, hoping to retrieve her property.

At the time, sources reported that law enforcement successfully mediated the situation, leading to Biermann returning his estranged wife's comforter, medications, phone charger, and neck cream. However, the drama wasn't over.

Zolciak later claimed that her expensive belongings, including diamond jewelry, purses, and a watch, were no longer in the safe where she thought they were stored. She discovered they were missing after breaking into the locked vault.

She accused Biermann of selling her belongings, claiming she had received a message from a jeweler about her bracelets. She alleged that her estranged beau earned $25,000 from putting her property on the market.

Earlier this month, Zolciak and Biermann's financial woes increased when the court ordered them to pay for a parent fitness evaluator. The duo's parental skills were questioned when authorities repeatedly resolved heated agreements between them.

They raised additional alarm bells when an incident caused one of their children to call the cops on them. In light of their differences, Zolciak and Biermann were ordered to shell out $2,500 per person, making a total of $5,000 for the parent fitness evaluator.

The evaluator will monitor the exes and their relationship with their four minor children — Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane. The court-appointed inspector could also access all records relating to the case without the estranged couple's permission.
