Kim Zolciak's Daughter Brielle Biermann's Range Rover Repossessed Amid Financial Woes

The Zolciak-Biermann family's financial struggles continue with Kim Zolciak's daughter losing her Range Rover to the Bank.

Brielle Biermann, the oldest of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star's brood, recently lost the rights to her luxurious vehicle after failing to make monthly payments according to new court documents obtained by The Blast. This comes months after she and her mother were sued over this issue.

According to the documents, a judge ruled in favor of Ally Bank and granted them the right to repossess their Range Rover after Kim and Brielle failed to meet the terms of their sales agreement.

The mother and daughter were ordered to hand over the keys to the 2019 vehicle, which was mainly driven by Brielle, on Wednesday. This ruling comes three months after Ally Bank sued the pair in December for failing to make the $1,903 monthly payments on the car.

In the lawsuit, the Bank alleged that Kim and Brielle owed $83,969.35 on the car — an amount that joined the Bravo family's ever-growing financial problems.

The "Don't Be Tardy" star and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, are facing multiple lawsuits and have the IRS breathing down their necks.

Before Brielle's Range Rover, the Zolciak-Biermanns lost a luxurious car when Kroy was forced to give back his Rolls-Royce after failing to make the monthly payment on the $400,100 vehicle.

Like her mother, Brielle has faced her fair share of financial woes and made waves for owing American Express a shocking amount.

Last August, the organization filed a legal action against her over the unpaid amount on her Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card.

A statement showed that she owed $12,870.25, and the minimum payment to be made was $1,381.88 by June 27. However, since she didn't meet up with the agreement, the company slapped her with a lawsuit for the total amount owed.

At the time, Brielle's reps shared that she would be paying the bill in full, implying that she had the finances to do so. The money might have spawned from the profits of her family's website, "Biermann's Closet," where they sold part of their luxurious items.

Earlier this year, Kroy filed a legal request for part of his estranged wife's designer sales profits amid their contentious divorce. He explained that Kim had been selling items from their wardrobe, but he had not seen part of the loot.

"Respondent has and is in the process of selling some of the personal property. It is unknown what Respondent has done with the funds she received from the sale of the items," the court document read, stressing that Kim had not utilized the profits to support the couple's estate.

Describing their financial situation — which includes a $1.1 million debt to the IRS and multiple lawsuits from banks — as "dire," Kroy implored the court to grant his request for part of the designer sales profits.

The document stated that he was "seeking an equitable division of marital assets including the home and the personal property acquired during the marriage but currently in the sole possession" of Kim.

Kroy estimated the value of Kim's designer collection to be hundreds of thousands of dollars. He also believed that she acquired most of it during their 11-year marriage; with this in mind, he wanted her to pick up the bill.

The former American football linebacker requested the Bravolebrity to reimburse him for the attorney's fees and other litigation costs incurred while filing the legal action against her.

Kroy's demands come a month before Kim's oldest daughter announced her engagement to minor league baseball player Billy Seidl. Brielle broke the news on Instagram, with her mother sharing a sweet reaction days later.

Last month, Kim broke her silence on Brielle's engagement with a heartfelt post. She shared three pictures from the romantic proposal on Instagram, with the first capturing Billy on one knee as he popped the big question while his fiancée looked overwhelmed by her emotions.

Brielle's joyful expression continued on the second and third slides, where she flaunted her engagement ring. In the snaps, the excited 27-year-old was on a video call with Kim, who looked pleasantly surprised by her daughter's new bling.

The proud mother shared her joy in the post's caption, writing: "I'm so happy for @briellebiermann @bseidl21. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my kids happy!? It's the best feeling EVER!! Love you both to the moon and back, and look forward to alllll the years to come."
