Donald Trump Ridiculed By Joe Biden After Bragging About Winning Two Trophies At His Golf Club

President Joe Biden and several others took to social media to jibe at Donald Trump after he revealed he won two golf trophies at his West Palm Beach golf club yesterday.

Trump attended a glitzy event, where golf legend Jack Nicklaus presented him with a trophy while his wife, Melania Trump, watched on.

The former president is hours away from losing some of his prized assets in a potential seizure by New York State Attorney General Letitia James if he fails to pay a whopping $454 million fraud fine.

The billionaire politician had taken to his Truth social media platform to announce that he won two golf trophies at his golf club on Sunday.

Trump wrote on Truth Social, per DailyMail: "It is my great honor to be at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach tonight, AWARDS NIGHT, to receive THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY & THE SENIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY. I WON BOTH!"

Photos from the evening on social media saw him being presented with a trophy by golfing great Nicklaus, who endorsed Trump in 2020 and is the all-time leader in the sport with 18 major championships.

"A large and golfing talented membership, a GREAT and difficult course, made the play very exciting," Trump wrote to show his excitement. "The qualifying and match play was amazing. A large and distinguished group will be there tonight. Very exciting, thank you!!!"

Trump's announcement was met with derision from President Biden and other liberals, who took to social media to laugh at the Republican presidential hopeful.

"Congratulations, Donald. Quite the accomplishment," Biden posted to X (formerly Twitter).

Former MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann wrote: "Oh, man. Beating up Dishonest J. Trump over his...golf game."

"He's too nice to note that Trump is a notorious cheater at golf," Bloomberg Opinion editor Tim O'Brien said.

A fourth person noted, "It’s awards night at my house, too! I’m being honored with BEST CAT MOM in the categories of poop scooping, feeding, and giving scritches! It’s truly an honor to be recognized."

The former president's win at his golf club came hours before his Monday deadline when he is expected to cough up $464 million or risk some of his prized assets and/or his bank accounts being seized by New York AG Letitia James.

Trump has since slammed judge Arthur Engoron, who presided over the case, as a "rogue judge" and said James was considered by many to "be the WORST Attorney General in the U.S."

"She is a Low IQ individual who campaigned for Governor, using my name, and got TROUNCED," he wrote on his Truth Social site.

"She and her PUPPET Engoron, who valued Mar-a-Lago at $18,000,000 when it is worth 50 to 100 times that amount, have destroyed all business prospects for New York State, that is already dying, or dead. But have no fear —When I become the 47th President, we will MAKE NEW YORK GREAT AGAIN!"

Top GOP pollster Frank Luntz has voiced his concerns about James' targeting of Trump's properties in the $464 million fraud fine and the implications it may have for his re-election bid.

Luntz, who is considered an anti-Trump Republican, noted that James' actions will only help Trump win the elections as it allows him to "create the greatest victimhood of 2024."

"If they take his stuff, he's going to say that this is proof that the federal government and the establishment and the swamp in Washington…that this is a conspiracy to deny him the presidency," Luntz said on a CNN panel last week.

"He's going to go up in the polls just like he went up every single time they indicted him," he continued.

"In the seven swing states, Trump is up by the margin of error in five out of seven. Why is that happening? Because his critics are stupid and they're running a horrible campaign," Luntz argued.

Trump recently took to his Truth social site to slam the possibility of his properties being seized.

"Why should a Crooked, highly political New York Judge, Arthur Engoron, working in concert and coordination with an even more Corrupt Attorney General, Letitia 'Peekaboo' James, his Puppet Master, and the White House, be allowed to take away, and sell off, very successful properties and assets that took me years to zone, build and nurture into some of the best of their kind anywhere in the World - WHEN I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!" he wrote, per Newsweek.

Trump added that the fine was "ridiculous and completely unheard of" and that it was only imposed because they saw a "similar amount" in his bank account.

He went further to share that the funds were purposed for his campaigns, alleging that the imposition of the fine was a deliberate attempt to thwart his plans.

Trump added, "I had intended to use much of that hard-earned money on running for President. They don't want me to do that—ELECTION INTERFERENCE!"
